Where you find My eBay depends on whether you are using a computer, an iPhone or iPad, or an Android device.
Find your eBay orders by device
- On a computer: Sign in to eBay, open My eBay at the top right of most pages, then select Purchase History. See eBay’s Purchase History instructions.
- In the iOS app: Tap My eBay at the bottom left of the home screen, then choose Purchase History. eBay’s My eBay overview describes the app navigation.
- In the Android app: Tap Menu at the top left, open My eBay, then choose Purchase History. eBay’s My eBay overview describes the app navigation.
See an older purchase
Purchase History initially displays orders from the last 60 days. To look further back, use See orders from at the top of the page and select a year. eBay’s dedicated Purchase History page says orders from the past seven years are available. However, eBay’s separate My eBay overview describes Purchase History as showing orders from the last three years. The official help pages therefore give conflicting retention periods; the seven-year figure comes from the page specifically about Purchase History.

Find an order that is missing
First, check every relevant section in Purchase History, including Canceled items, Canceled invoices, and Returns and canceled orders. If you checked out as a guest, the order will not appear in your account’s Purchase History.
Retrieve a guest order
Search your email for eBay’s order-confirmation message with the subject Order Confirmed, then select View order details. If you cannot find that email, use eBay’s order-details retrieval flow: provide either the order number or the email address used at checkout, and eBay will send a link to the order details. Open order details or find the order number
For an account purchase, find the order in Purchase History and choose View order details. The details page can include the shipping address, order number, and tracking information. The 12-digit order number is also in Purchase History or the order-confirmation email. See eBay’s guidance on order details.

eBay says purchase-history entries cannot be permanently deleted. For orders placed in the last 60 days, you can select More actions and then Hide order. If you hide one by mistake, choose Undo Hide. These controls are described on eBay’s Purchase History page.
