You can’t enter codes into My Coke Rewards anymore. Coca-Cola ended the program in 2017, and its later Coca-Cola Give code-donation deadline was June 30, 2023. If you have a code for a different, current Coca-Cola promotion, follow that promotion’s own official rules instead.
Why you can’t enter My Coke Rewards codes now
Coca-Cola announced that My Coke Rewards would be discontinued on January 24, 2017. The program ended at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 30, 2017, when remaining points were forfeited; the website closed July 1 and redirected visitors to Coke.com. Coca-Cola’s phase-out FAQ documents those dates. There is no current code-entry route for the discontinued program.
What happened to Coca-Cola Give?
Coca-Cola Give was a separate program that let people donate product codes to schools and cause partners. Coca-Cola’s FAQ lists June 30, 2023 as the deadline for collecting and donating the relevant codes. That deadline has passed; the historical Give instructions are not a way to redeem codes now. If your code is for a different Coca-Cola offer
A current promotion may have its own code-entry process, eligibility limits, and expiration date. Coca-Cola says some offers have brand-specific requirements detailed in the offer’s Official Rules or Terms & Conditions. Check those documents before entering a code; do not assume that instructions for My Coke Rewards or Coca-Cola Give apply to another offer.

If a code is rejected
For an active offer, check that the code is eligible for that specific promotion, has not already been used, and was entered exactly as printed. Coca-Cola’s product-code FAQ describes these possible issues. If the offer rules provide a support contact, use it for help with a code that still appears eligible.

Coca-Cola warns that false messages may claim you have won a sweepstakes or cash prize and direct you to lookalike websites. Verify a promotion through Coca-Cola’s official website and the rules linked from that offer before sharing information or following a prize claim. See its prize-notification and scam FAQ.
