In the Chase Mobile app, go to Profile & Settings → Statements & documents → Statements, then select the account, year and statement to open its PDF. The exact steps depend on the type of Chase account you have.
Download a personal statement on chase.com
- Sign in to chase.com.
- Open Main Menu in the upper-left area of the dashboard.
- Choose Statements & documents.
- Select the account and year.
- Choose Open to view the statement or Save to save it. The statement is a PDF. Chase’s statement instructions describe these controls.
Find a statement in the Chase Mobile app
- Sign in to the Chase Mobile app.
- Tap Profile & Settings in the upper-right area.
- Under Document manager, select Statements & documents.
- Tap Statements, then choose the account, year and statement to open the PDF. Chase’s instructions document the PDF-opening path; they do not promise the app has the same named Save control as the website. If you need a saved file and cannot find an export option in the app, use the website’s explicit Open/Save controls.
How far back can you get Chase statements?
Chase says customers can access up to seven years of statements, depending on account type. That is a stated maximum, not a guarantee that every account has seven years of history. Check the account’s available years in the statements area. Each statement contains information only for the account named on it; it is not a combined statement for all your Chase accounts. Chase’s statement guidance does not state a publication date.
Use the right instructions for your account type
Personal deposit accounts, business banking, merchant services, auto loans and investments do not all use the same portal or statement path.
Business accounts
In Chase Business Online, select the account, open Statements, filter by year, and use the controls beside a statement to open or download it. Chase says up to seven years are available for business statements. Statements are typically generated on the first or second day of each month, but that is not a guaranteed posting date. Merchant Services
In Resource Online, go to Recon Solution → Statements → View Statements. Choose a location if needed, select a month, then select that month’s last day to open the statement. To download it, use the button at the top right beside the printer icon. Statements older than 18 months are under Archived Statements. See Chase’s Resource Online guidance.
Auto accounts
Sign in, choose the auto account, then select Statements to view current and past statements. See Chase’s auto account instructions.

Investment accounts
Investment accounts have their own paperless-statement guidance and a separate transition estimate for stopping mailed statements. Use the investment-specific instructions rather than assuming the timing for personal deposit accounts applies. See Chase’s investment paperless FAQ.
Change paperless statement preferences
Chase lets customers change paperless preferences in the signed-in website or app settings. For mailed statements, Chase says it may take about a month after paperless enrollment for mailings to stop. Its investment FAQ gives a different estimate: stopping paper statements for investment accounts can take up to two months. If you cannot sign in
On chase.com or in the Chase Mobile app, choose forgot password/username to recover your credentials. Chase’s reviewed statement instructions do not provide a separate download route for an account that remains inaccessible after recovery.
