Ask the estimator to show how the plan works if the new home is not ready on the original date. Get the proposed pickup, storage start, retrieval, and delivery dates in writing, along with any charges that change if a date shifts.

The California Universal Movers LLC website lists USDOT 2534165, but for federal carrier status use the federal record and match the legal name and USDOT number on that record to your estimate and agreement. The company site and federal snapshot may show differing contact or address details, so confirm exactly which legal entity will contract with you.
