The safest way to contact Trust Wallet is through its official Help Center at support.trustwallet.com. Search the Help Center first, check Trust Wallet’s status page for outages, and submit a support request if the available guidance does not solve the problem.
Never share your recovery phrase, private key, password, authentication code, or cryptocurrency with anyone claiming to be Trust Wallet support. Be especially cautious with phone numbers, live-chat links, and unsolicited messages found outside Trust Wallet’s official domains.

The official way to contact Trust Wallet
Go directly to support.trustwallet.com. The official Help Center includes searchable articles, a chatbot, support categories, and a support-request workflow. Categories cover wallet setup, buying and cashing out, staking, dApps, security, and troubleshooting.
Use the Help Center’s search before opening a ticket. Try specific phrases such as:

- “pending transaction”
- “missing funds”
- “wrong network”
- “swap failed”
- “wallet compromised”
- “cannot access wallet”
If an article does not resolve the issue, use the portal’s Submit or support-request option. Trust Wallet’s interface can change between iOS, Android, and browser-extension versions, so the web Help Center is the most stable route. Some app versions also provide a Help Center entry in their in-app menus.
Check for an outage before submitting a ticket
Visit status.trustwallet.com before reporting a problem. The status page can indicate problems affecting Trust Wallet services, the app or browser extension, RPC endpoints, or other infrastructure.
An outage can make a balance appear delayed, prevent a transaction from displaying, or cause a swap or connection to fail. Record the status-page information and try again only when it is safe to do so. Do not send a second payment simply because the first transaction appears pending.
How to submit a Trust Wallet support request
- Navigate manually to support.trustwallet.com.
- Search for the specific problem and follow the relevant troubleshooting steps.
- Check the service status page and the transaction on the relevant blockchain explorer when applicable.
- Open a support request if the issue remains unresolved.
- Describe the issue in chronological order and include the non-sensitive details listed below.
- Save the ticket confirmation and continue using the same support thread rather than opening multiple duplicate requests.
Support may provide technical guidance, identify the relevant network or article, investigate an interface problem, or route a bug or security report. A ticket does not mean Trust Wallet can recover funds or reverse a blockchain transaction.
Information to include—and information to protect
| Safe, useful information | Never include |
|---|---|
| Email address for the support reply | Recovery phrase or seed phrase |
| Device type and operating system | Private key |
| Trust Wallet platform and app or extension version | Wallet password or device passcode |
| Blockchain network and token symbol | Two-factor authentication code |
| Public wallet address | Secret encryption password |
| Transaction hash or transaction ID | Cryptocurrency sent as an “activation,” “verification,” “unlock,” or “recovery” fee |
| Approximate time, exact error message, and relevant screenshots | Screenshots containing a phrase, private key, QR code, password, or authentication information |
A public address and transaction hash are not equivalent to a recovery phrase, but share only what is necessary. Trust Wallet’s guidance for missing funds specifically recommends using transaction records and wallet addresses to investigate the problem.

What to do for common Trust Wallet problems
Pending or failed transaction
- Find the transaction hash in Trust Wallet.
- Check it on the relevant blockchain explorer.
- Confirm that the network is correct.
- Check Trust Wallet’s status page for an outage or RPC problem.
- Do not submit another payment until you understand the first transaction’s status.
- Include the hash, network, wallet address, error message, and approximate time in your ticket.
A pending display in the wallet does not necessarily mean the blockchain transaction is lost. The explorer’s status is often the more useful diagnostic information.
Missing token or balance
- Confirm that the asset is on the correct blockchain network.
- Check the public address on a compatible blockchain explorer.
- Determine whether the token is merely hidden from the wallet interface.
- Check for a service outage.
- Record the address and transaction details before submitting a request.
A missing balance in the app is not conclusive proof that funds have disappeared from the blockchain.
Funds sent to the wrong network or address
Stop making additional transfers and save the transaction hash, destination address, asset, and network. Search the Help Center for the specific asset and network combination. Recovery depends on the asset, network, transaction state, and available wallet support; Trust Wallet cannot guarantee that a transfer can be recovered. Never give anyone your recovery phrase to retrieve the funds.
Lost phone, deleted app, or inaccessible wallet
Restore the wallet only through the official Trust Wallet application or browser extension, using your securely stored recovery phrase or a supported encrypted backup. Trust Wallet cannot recreate a lost recovery phrase. Never enter it into a support form, website, social-media message, or “wallet recovery” tool.

Compromised wallet or exposed recovery phrase
If your recovery phrase or private key may have been exposed, treat the wallet as compromised. Stop interacting with suspicious websites, dApps, and accounts. If it is safe to do so, create a new wallet on a secure device and move remaining assets. Revoke risky token approvals where applicable, and report the phishing page or impersonator through the relevant platform and Trust Wallet’s official channels.

Scam, phishing, or unauthorized approval
Preserve transaction hashes, public addresses, URLs, usernames, and screenshots that do not expose secrets. Report the account or page through its platform and use Trust Wallet’s official support route. Trust Wallet warns that impersonators may contact users first; an unsolicited direct message is not proof that it is genuine.
Buying, selling, or cashing-out problems
Payment, identity-verification, card, bank-transfer, and cash-out issues may involve a third-party provider. Include the provider’s name, payment method, asset, network, transaction status, and any provider reference number. Contact the provider as well when the problem concerns its payment or verification process. Trust Wallet may not be able to refund a third-party purchase or reverse a bank or card transaction.
dApp or WalletConnect problems
Record the dApp URL, network, wallet platform, error message, and transaction hash if one exists. Disconnect from suspicious dApps and do not approve further requests while investigating. Never share wallet credentials with a dApp or someone offering to “fix” the connection.

Does Trust Wallet have a phone number or human live chat?
The verified official route is the Help Center at support.trustwallet.com, which currently includes a chatbot and a support-request workflow. The chatbot should not automatically be treated as human live chat.
Do not trust phone numbers, “instant support” forms, or live-chat links found in search results, social-media replies, PDFs, forums, or unsolicited messages. The official sources identified here direct users to the Help Center rather than to a phone number. If a supposed representative asks for a recovery phrase, private key, payment, remote-access installation, or transfer of funds, end the conversation.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What Trust Wallet support can and cannot do
Trust Wallet is a self-custody wallet. Users control their wallet credentials and assets; Trust Wallet does not hold the private keys needed to simply reset a wallet or reverse a transaction.
Support may help with:
- App and browser-extension errors.
- Wallet-interface troubleshooting.
- Supported features, networks, and services.
- Finding the correct diagnostic steps.
- Bug and security-report routing.
Support generally cannot:
- Recover a lost recovery phrase.
- Reverse a confirmed blockchain transaction.
- Guarantee recovery after a wrong-address or wrong-network transfer.
- Guarantee recovery of stolen funds.
- Take custody of funds to “repair,” “unlock,” or “verify” a wallet.
- Override blockchain rules or a third-party payment provider’s decision.
For additional guidance on recovery-phrase protection, see Trust Wallet’s recovery-phrase storage guidance.
How to recognize fake Trust Wallet support
Stop communicating if a supposed representative:
- Contacts you unexpectedly through Telegram, X, Reddit, Discord, email, or another social platform.
- Creates urgency, threatens account closure, or promises guaranteed recovery.
- Requests your 12- or 24-word recovery phrase, private key, password, or authentication code.
- Asks you to install remote-access software.
- Requests crypto for verification, gas, unlocking, activation, or recovery.
- Sends a suspicious link or directs you to an imitation domain.
Navigate to the official domain yourself instead of clicking the message’s link. Trust Wallet’s official-channel guidance is available on its website.

Special notices and incident forms
In some incidents, Trust Wallet may publish a separate official announcement or reimbursement form. Use such a form only when it is linked from a current Trust Wallet announcement or official domain. A form shared by an unsolicited account is not evidence that it is genuine.
Bottom line
For legitimate Trust Wallet help, start at support.trustwallet.com, search the Help Center, check status.trustwallet.com, and submit a ticket with public diagnostic information. Never share your recovery phrase or private key, and never pay someone claiming they can unlock or recover your wallet.
