How to reach Expedia customer service
- Open the official Help Center. Use Expedia’s Help Center rather than relying on a phone number from an old document or an unrelated third-party listing.
- Search for the issue or browse by trip category. The US Help Center lists flights, refunds and charges, packages, stays, cars, cruises, things to do, account, privacy, security, travel alerts, and loyalty and rewards.
- Sign in if you want customized assistance. Expedia presents sign-in as a way to get help tailored to you; it is not stated as mandatory for every question.
- For an existing booking, keep your itinerary or booking details available. Then follow the official support flow for the relevant trip and issue.
Help Center labels can vary by region. For example, Expedia’s Peru Help Center rendering uses categories including changes or cancellations, refund process and timelines, payment options, and international travel documents. If your page looks different, search using the issue you need to resolve or browse the closest matching category.
Where to go for cancellations and refunds
