What makes a maxi dress a winter option?
A long-sleeve knitted maxi dress is an established product category, but category coverage does not confirm that a particular item is available now. Glamour’s October 16, 2023 roundup of Amazon maxi dresses included a Nikduck long-sleeve knitted maxi dress and other knit options. That is a dated editorial example, not confirmation of a live listing, current price, or present-day availability. Which details matter when choosing one?
Fabric and thickness
Look for a sweater knit or rib knit with enough substance for the conditions in which you plan to wear it. Wool or a wool blend may offer extra coziness; other fibers may cost less. Sleeves, fit, and layering room
