Choose a Value Plus cancellation method
Value Plus lists three ways to cancel. Choose the one that works for you; the official terms do not state that one method is faster than another.

Check your plan and next billing date
Before cancelling, check your enrollment materials or account for your plan type, next billing date, and any trial deadline. The official registration page provides membership context, but the terms say the details of a member’s own offer matter.

Monthly membership
A monthly membership automatically renews each month until cancelled. A trial that leads into a monthly membership can convert to recurring monthly billing if you do not cancel before the trial period ends. Use the end date shown in your own offer to determine when to act.
Annual-only membership
The terms describe annual-only memberships as billed once per year without automatic renewal. Customer service can help arrange renewal. Check your own enrollment details if you are unsure which type you have.

If you have lost your Value Plus login or subscription number
You can request a forgotten or missing number through the official login-number recovery page. It asks for your last name, ZIP code, and the last four digits of the credit card. For help retrieving the number, the page also lists [email protected]. That address is for account-number assistance; the listed cancellation methods remain phone, online, or mail.
What happens after cancellation?
Value Plus says no additional membership fees should be charged after cancellation. Access may continue until the end of the current membership term; then access ends and future membership charges cease. The terms do not specify a required confirmation method or a cancellation-processing timeline.

Does cancelling get you a refund?
The terms explain that cancellation stops future membership charges, but they do not promise a refund for a charge that has already posted or for unused time. If you want to dispute a charge or ask for an exception, contact Value Plus at 800-475-1942 or write to the postal address above and ask about your specific transaction. Do not assume that cancellation itself reverses an existing charge.
