The Eternal Sunshine Tour has ended: the London dates listed by The O2 ran from August 15 to September 1, 2026, and the tour’s published 2025–26 ticket-sale windows are over. If Ariana Grande announces future shows, begin at her official tour page, then use the ticket seller identified by the venue. For the London engagement, The O2 named AXS its official ticketing partner and warned that tickets from other resale sites might not be valid.
Are Ariana Grande Eternal Sunshine Tour tickets still available?
The advertised dates and original ticket-sale periods have passed. Live Nation announced the 2026 tour on August 28, 2025. The O2’s event page gives the final London schedule as August 15 through September 1, 2026, a ten-date run; its later listing reflects an expansion from the five-night residency described in the original announcement.

That means this is no longer a guide to buying tickets for an upcoming Eternal Sunshine Tour date. Do not assume that a listing on a resale site is valid or that a ticket remains available. For any future Ariana Grande show, check the artist’s official tour page and the venue’s event page for current dates, sale status, authorized seller, and applicable terms.
How were tickets for the tour sold?
North American presale and general sale
For the North American dates, Live Nation’s 2025 announcement said fans had to register for the artist presale by September 7, 2025. The presale was scheduled for September 9 at 10 a.m. local time. Live Nation said no code was needed; access was tied to the fan’s Ticketmaster account. Remaining tickets were scheduled for general sale on September 10 at 10 a.m. local time. Those dates have passed.

UK presale and general sale
The announcement listed the UK artist presale for September 16, 2025, with registration required, and general sale for September 18, 2025. Those sale windows have also passed.
Weverse ticket request
A later Weverse campaign offered a limited ticket-request route to eligible Ariana Grande Weverse community digital-membership holders in the US, Canada, and UK. Applicants had to use matching email addresses for Weverse and Ticketmaster. Selected participants could request up to two tickets; fewer than 200 tickets per show were allocated to the offer, according to Weverse. Applying did not guarantee tickets, and the campaign’s February 2026 application and request windows are over.

Ticketmaster production-release request
Ticketmaster’s UK help page describes production-release tickets as seats held back for staging, sightlines, or technical production, then released if the final stage setup makes additional seats sellable. Its request period for this tour has ended. Ticketmaster said requests were not guaranteed, successful requests would be charged after fulfillment, and sales were final. Its page set a maximum of four tickets for one show in each country.
Where was the official ticket seller for the London dates?
The O2 identified AXS as its official ticketing partner for the London engagement and pointed customers to AXS and AXS Official Resale. The venue warned that tickets purchased through other resale websites might not be valid and that entry could be refused. That is event-specific guidance, not a guarantee about every resale marketplace or future concert.

When buying for a future show, follow the seller linked by the venue rather than relying on a search result or an unverified listing. Check the seller’s stated total, seat location, delivery method, transfer restrictions, and refund or fulfillment terms before paying.
What London venue rules applied?
The following instructions were published for the concluded O2 engagement; they should not be treated as rules for every concert or as current requirements for a future event.
Rank #4
- Mobile tickets: Tickets bought through The O2 or AXS had to be displayed on a phone using The O2 app.
- Bags: The event allowed one clear bag or resealable clear freezer/zip-lock bag per ticketholder. Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags could be no larger than 12 × 6 × 12 inches (30 × 15 × 30 cm); a medium zip-lock bag could be no larger than 30 × 26 cm. Certain medical, accessibility, and care-related bags were allowed subject to inspection.
- Devices: Mobile phones with cameras were permitted; cameras and recording devices were not.
For any future event at The O2, check the venue’s current event information for ticket-display and entry rules rather than relying on these past instructions.

- Confirm the event: Start with Ariana Grande’s official tour page, then confirm the date on the venue’s event page.
- Identify the authorized route: Use the primary seller named by the venue. If you consider resale, look for a resale route explicitly identified by the venue or primary seller; do not assume an unrelated marketplace guarantees entry.
- Compare the actual offer: Check the venue and date, seat location and accessibility, seller-disclosed total and fees, and whether the ticket is a primary-sale or resale listing.
- Read delivery and transaction terms: Confirm how the ticket will be delivered, whether transfer is allowed, what happens if fulfillment fails, and the seller’s refund or exchange terms before completing payment.
Ticket requests are not the same as confirmed tickets. Weverse and Ticketmaster both stated that requests might not be fulfilled; treat a request as pending until the seller confirms an order and its terms.
