For a Banco do Brasil account statement used to prepare a Brazilian Individual Income Tax Return (IRPF), log in to App BB and go to Serviços > Imposto de Renda > Informe de Rendimentos, then download the PDF. Internet Banking and WhatsApp BB are alternatives. If you own BBAS3 shares, you may need a separate investor statement instead.
Choose the statement that matches what you need
Banco do Brasil provides different documents for account customers and investors. The general Informe de Rendimentos reports prior-year financial information that may include current-account, savings, investment-fund, and private-pension balances. The BBAS3 investor document is the informe de ativos escriturais. A shareholder may need that investor statement in addition to, or instead of, the account statement.

Get the account income statement
In App BB
- Log in to App BB.
- Open Serviços, then Imposto de Renda.
- Select Informe de Rendimentos and download the PDF for the relevant base year. [C1]
In Internet Banking
- Log in using your agency and account details and electronic password.
- Open Serviços > Imposto de Renda.
- Select the income statement and download it. [C1]
These are the menu paths Banco do Brasil publishes; app screens can change. If the labels differ, follow the options shown in your logged-in account. [C1] [C2]
By WhatsApp BB
Individual customers can request the statement by sending “informe irpf” or a similar request to Banco do Brasil’s WhatsApp number, (61) 4004-0001, and completing the security checks. The bank says it delivers the statement as a PDF. Use the number published by BB and do not trust an unsolicited message claiming to be the bank. [C1] [C8]

If you cannot use digital banking
Banco do Brasil says customers can ask their manager by telephone or at a branch. [C1]
Get the BBAS3 investor statement
For account customers, the published route is Serviços > Imposto de Renda > Informe de ativos escriturais in App BB or Internet Banking. Investors who are not BB account customers can use the investor statement page. [C2]

Banco do Brasil says investors with a valid email registered with BB or B3 should receive the PDF by February 28. The statement is password-protected using the investor’s first four CPF digits. If it has not arrived, check spam. This is the bank’s stated delivery target, not a guarantee that every investor will receive it by that date. [C5]
If the BBAS3 statement is missing shares
- Shares held through a brokerage: The bank says these may not appear as a position in its book-entry statement. Request position information from the brokerage. [C7]
- Shares on loan or rental: Banco do Brasil directs investors to the B3 investor area or the responsible brokerage. [C7]
- Assets not linked to your identity: If identifying details differ among B3, the broker, and Receita Federal records, the bank says to contact its investor statement support and provide documents for positive identification. Its page lists a B3 extract, CPF, identity document, and proof of residence. Verify the current support address on the official investor page before sending identity documents. [C2]
Use the PDF as one part of your return preparation
The statement records prior-year financial information and helps prepare the return; it is not the return itself and does not cover other employers, banks, brokers, or income sources. Gather the relevant documents from each institution or income source. Banco do Brasil says the Receita Federal, not the bank, sets declaration rules, and directs tax questions to the tax authority. For historical context, Banco do Brasil’s 2026 filing guidance gave a submission period of March 23 through May 29, 2026. That period has passed; these dates do not establish the deadline for a later filing season. [C4]
