About $32 billion is a calculated subtotal of disclosed Nebius contracts with Microsoft and Meta—not a single figure reported by Nebius. It adds Microsoft’s estimated $17.4 billion agreement, Meta’s initial order of approximately $2.9 billion, and Meta orders totaling $12 billion announced in March 2026. A separate Meta order worth up to $15 billion is potential value and is not part of that subtotal.
What the roughly $32 billion includes
The figure was calculated by Daniel Sparks in an October 5, 2026, Motley Fool article syndicated by AOL. Nebius’s filings disclose the underlying agreements separately; they do not report a combined $32 billion total.

Sources: Nebius 2025 Form 20-F and Nebius March 2026 filing. The approximately $32 billion subtotal uses rounded amounts: $17.4 billion + $2.9 billion + $12 billion.
Why the separate $15 billion is not in the subtotal
The $15 billion figure is an “up to” potential contract value associated with capacity Nebius plans to market to third parties. Under the contract terms, Meta pays for specified capacity that remains unsold. That is different from treating the full potential amount as an unconditional order already included in the disclosed $12 billion of Meta orders.

What Microsoft’s $17.4 billion estimate means
Nebius’s 2025 Form 20-F estimates Microsoft agreement fees of up to $17,392.9 million, subject to deployment and availability of the GPU services. It also says Microsoft is committed to pay those fees irrespective of actual GPU-capacity utilization. The filing reports approximately $6,958.1 million in aggregate upfront payments; the remaining consideration is invoiced monthly through October 2031.
Microsoft may acquire additional services or capacity, which could raise the agreement’s total value to about $19.4 billion. That is a possible increase, not the base estimate used in the roughly $32 billion calculation. The September 2025 Microsoft agreement also sets out termination provisions.
Contract value is not the same as revenue or cash received
These figures describe contract terms, not money Nebius has already recognized as revenue or collected. A multi-year agreement can involve deployment milestones, service delivery over time, and payment schedules. Microsoft’s commitment is specifically subject to deployment and availability, while its fees are payable irrespective of actual utilization once the relevant contracted capacity is available under the agreement.
For an investor assessing the headline, the useful distinction is between disclosed agreement amounts and the company’s financial results in a particular reporting period. The contract totals alone do not establish when each service will be delivered, how much revenue will be recognized in a given quarter, or how much cash has arrived.
What the figure says—and does not say—about Nebius
The disclosed agreements indicate substantial multi-year demand from two large customers, alongside a major execution task: Nebius must deploy GPU infrastructure and provide the contracted services. They also mean that a small number of customer relationships feature prominently in this particular contract subtotal.
The approximately $32 billion should not be read as Nebius’s company-reported total for all customer commitments, as a guaranteed near-term revenue figure, or as including the separate potential $15 billion Meta order. It is a rounded calculation of three disclosed Microsoft and Meta contract amounts, with conditions and delivery spread across multiple years.
