Roku streaming devices at Walmart generally cost about $19.88 to $99.99 for common new models. Basic HD players are typically around $20–$30, mainstream 4K devices around $25–$50, and Ultra-class players about $60–$100. These prices were observed in Walmart listings on or around August 18, 2026, and can change by model, seller, condition, location, inventory, and promotion.
This guide covers standalone Roku players and sticks—not Roku TVs, which are televisions with Roku software built in.

Roku prices at Walmart
Walmart does not have one universal “Roku price.” It sells several Roku player families, along with older, refurbished, restored, pre-owned, bundled, and third-party marketplace listings. The following prices were observed on Walmart’s Roku brand page and related product listings.

What is the cheapest Roku at Walmart?
The least expensive new-style listing observed was the Roku Streamer HD at $19.88. It is the sensible budget choice for a 1080p or older television when 4K, Dolby Vision, and advanced networking are unnecessary.
Before buying, verify that the listing is new, check who the seller is, and confirm that the expected remote and power accessories are included. A marketplace or refurbished listing may not have the same condition, warranty, or return terms as a new Walmart listing.

Observed 4K-capable prices ranged from $24.88 to $99.99, although most value-focused models were between roughly $25 and $50:

- Roku Streaming Stick 4K: $49.00.
- Roku Ultra LT: $59.88.
- Roku Ultra: $99.99 on one observed listing.
The cheapest 4K device is not automatically the best value. Check HDR support, Dolby Vision compatibility, Wi-Fi performance, remote controls, Ethernet, and whether your television can display 4K in the first place.
Roku Express 4K+ price and features
A specific Walmart product page showed the Roku Express 4K+ at $38.90, while a category listing showed a comparable listing at $39.85. The product page describes HD, 4K, and HDR streaming, plus a voice remote with TV power, volume, and mute controls.
At roughly $39, the Express 4K+ is a strong value-oriented choice for a 4K television near a reliable Wi-Fi connection. It is less suitable if you need a concealed stick design, wired Ethernet, or the Ultra’s premium audio, networking, and remote features. See the specific Walmart Express 4K+ listing for the current offer.

How much are Roku Streaming Sticks?
Observed Walmart prices were:
- Streaming Stick HD: $29.00.
- Streaming Stick Plus: $39.00.
- Streaming Stick 4K: $49.00.
A stick hangs behind the television and is often a cleaner choice for a wall-mounted TV. A box-style player is easier to access and may offer more ports, but a stick is not automatically faster or better than a similarly priced box.

Roku Ultra and Ultra LT prices
The observed price for the Roku Ultra was $99.99, while the Ultra LT was $59.88. A separate Walmart listing showed a Roku Ultra 2024 model at $81.95 on promotion, reduced from $99.99.

- Shows on the go: Take your TV to-go when traveling—without needing to log into someone else’s device.
- Compact without compromises: Our sleek design won’t block neighboring HDMI ports, so you can switch from streaming to gaming with ease. Plus, it’s designed to stay hidden behind your TV, keeping wires neatly out of sight
According to Roku’s current player information, the Ultra is positioned as its fastest player and includes features such as 4K, HDR10+, Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, Wi-Fi 6, Ethernet, USB, and Voice Remote Pro. That makes it appropriate for a demanding home-theater setup, a weak wireless environment where Ethernet is useful, or someone who specifically wants premium remote and media features.
For ordinary HD viewing or basic 4K streaming, the Ultra’s extra cost may not produce a noticeable benefit. Buy it because you need its features—not simply because it is the most expensive Roku.

Why Walmart Roku prices differ
The amount shown may change because of:
- Seller: Walmart’s own inventory and marketplace offers may have different prices.
- Condition: New, restored, refurbished, pre-owned, and older products are not equivalent.
- Model generation: Similar product names can refer to different hardware and supported formats.
- Promotions: Temporary markdowns can make Walmart’s price lower than a manufacturer’s regular price.
- Location: Your ZIP code, selected store, shipping method, pickup eligibility, Walmart+ status, and local inventory can affect the offer.
- Bundles: A device bundled with accessories may cost more but include items you would otherwise buy separately.
Recent reporting from TechRadar and Tom’s Guide described substantial 2026 Roku list-price increases. Those reports concern broader Roku pricing, not every Walmart listing. Walmart’s lower observed prices may reflect promotions, remaining inventory, marketplace offers, or differences between product versions.
How to get the best Walmart price
- Search for the exact model, not just “Roku.”
- Compare the product page with Walmart’s Roku brand and category pages.
- Check whether the item is new, restored, refurbished, or pre-owned.
- Review the seller, fulfillment method, warranty, and return policy.
- Enter your ZIP code and select shipping or pickup before judging the final offer.
- Compare model numbers rather than relying only on similar names.
- Review the cart total, including tax and any shipping or accessory costs.
Does Roku have a monthly fee?
Buying the Roku hardware is separate from paying for streaming services. Some Roku content is free and ad-supported, while services such as Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and live-TV platforms may require their own subscriptions. Free trials and promotional bundles can expire.
Also budget for internet service, sales tax, and optional accessories such as a replacement remote, HDMI or USB-power accessories, or a compatible Ethernet adapter. A Roku itself does not turn an HD television into a 4K display: the TV, HDMI connection, internet connection, streaming title, and service plan must all support the desired resolution and HDR format.
What’s actually slowing this PC down?
Pick the symptom - the matching free tool is one click away.
What you need to use a Roku
- A television with a compatible HDMI input.
- Home internet access.
- A power source, usually the included wall adapter or, where supported, a TV USB port.
- A Roku account.
- Separate subscriptions for paid streaming services.
TV USB ports do not always provide enough power. If the Roku shows power warnings, restarts, or behaves unreliably, use the included wall adapter where applicable. Buffering can also result from router distance, wireless interference, slow internet, router problems, service outages, or insufficient power—not necessarily from the Roku device.
