There is no single Ford-published price for a “fully loaded” Mustang: it depends on the trim, body style and selected options. For the 2026 lineup, Ford lists the Dark Horse SC—the range’s highest-performance reference here—at a starting MSRP of $106,090. That is not a fully optioned price or an out-the-door total.
2026 Mustang prices: starting points, not loaded totals
Ford’s 2026 Mustang page lists the lineup starting at $32,995. That figure is the lineup’s base starting price, not the price of a particular optioned car. Ford presents ten models, with Fastback and Convertible choices across applicable trims. Ford’s 2026 Mustang lineup
| 2026 model | Ford-listed starting MSRP |
|---|---|
| Mustang lineup | $32,995 |
| Dark Horse | $65,080 |
| Dark Horse Premium | $70,075 |
| Dark Horse SC | $106,090 |
These are Ford-published starting MSRPs, not dealer transaction prices. The lineup figure was shown on Ford’s page on October 7, 2026, with a ZIP 30301 location context; other listed prices are Ford’s current 2026 model-page figures. Prices and specifications can change.
Why “fully loaded” has no one price
“Fully loaded” is not a fixed Mustang trim or a universal price published by Ford. A buyer might mean a well-equipped GT Premium, a Dark Horse with performance options, or a Dark Horse SC. Those are different configurations, and the Dark Horse SC’s $106,090 starting MSRP is not a maximum-build figure.

- Highly-detailed die-cast precision model
- Die-cast metal body with plastic parts
- Opening doors, hood or trunk on most styles
Trim, Fastback or Convertible body style, engine and transmission choices, packages, color, and standalone options all affect the configuration. Ford’s 2026 order guide lists different GT engine and transmission choices, while Ford’s Build & Price tool shows selectable options and a running configuration summary. What the Dark Horse SC price does—and does not—tell you
The Dark Horse SC is a useful upper-performance reference because Ford lists its starting MSRP at $106,090. Ford also describes an available Track Pack that includes package-specific MagneRide calibration, 20-inch carbon-fiber wheels and Brembo carbon-ceramic brakes. The published material does not give a maximum-option Dark Horse SC total, so adding its starting price to an assumed package cost would not establish a fully loaded price. How to find the price of the Mustang you mean
- Choose the model year and trim. Decide whether you are comparing an EcoBoost, GT, Dark Horse or Dark Horse SC; “Mustang” alone covers a wide price range.
- Set the body style and configuration. Select Fastback or Convertible where offered, then choose the available engine and transmission.
- Add the options you actually want. Use Ford’s Build & Price configurator to select packages and standalone options and review the running configuration summary. Its Dark Horse Premium example is one configuration, not a fully loaded cap or a quote for another model. Ford Build & Price
- Request a local dealer quote. Ford directs shoppers to local dealers for current availability and actual pricing. A configured MSRP is not a guarantee of the dealer’s selling price.
MSRP, dealer price and out-the-door cost are different
Ford defines Total MSRP as base MSRP plus selected options and destination and delivery charges. It excludes taxes, title and registration. Dealer fees or an adjustment may also affect what a buyer pays, and Ford says the dealer selling price can differ from MSRP. The final out-the-door amount therefore requires a configuration and a local quote, not just the starting price. Ford vehicle pricing information
