Andrea Radrizzani built his business career in sports media and investment. He founded ELEVEN and Aser Ventures, then acquired Leeds United through Aser. In 2023, Aser reported 4× return on investment (ROI) for ELEVEN’s sale to DAZN and 2× ROI for Leeds United’s sale to 49ers Enterprises. Those are company-reported investment multiples—not sale prices or disclosures of Radrizzani’s personal earnings.
Where Radrizzani’s money-making career began
Radrizzani’s documented business story centers on sports media, sports rights and investment, rather than a publicly disclosed salary or inheritance. He founded Aser Ventures as an investment platform focused on sports, media and technology businesses, and founded the sports media company ELEVEN. Aser Ventures describes its investment platform and track record; DAZN’s leadership biography identifies Radrizzani as Aser’s founder and chairman and ELEVEN’s founder.
How ELEVEN grew into a major sports-media business
Founded in 2015, ELEVEN built a sports platform with rights across Europe and Asia. Its business involved acquiring and distributing sports content, a model that can generate value through rights and audience reach. DAZN says ELEVEN had expanded into 230 markets before DAZN acquired it in 2023. That number describes the company’s geographic reach, not the number of countries in which Radrizzani personally operated or a measure of his income. Aser’s company information and DAZN’s biography document the platform and its expansion.
Aser also expanded the media group through deals including the 2021 combination with Team Whistle. In announcing that combination, Radrizzani said the companies had a track record of building sports-media businesses in Europe, Asia and North America. Aser’s March 29, 2021 announcement documents the deal.

How Leeds United fit into the investment story
Radrizzani acquired Leeds United through Aser Ventures. Aser’s track record says it acquired a 50% stake in 2016. Leeds United’s own May 2017 statement says Radrizzani purchased 50% in January and acquired the remaining 50% from Massimo Cellino in May, taking full control. The club’s May 23, 2017 announcement records the takeover milestones.
In June 2023, Leeds United confirmed an agreement for 49ers Enterprises to purchase the club from Aser. The club’s sale announcement establishes the transaction agreement and timing.

What Aser’s reported returns show—and what they do not
Aser’s current track record lists a 4× ROI for ELEVEN’s 2023 sale to DAZN and a 2× ROI for Leeds United’s 2023 sale to 49ers Enterprises. These multiples describe Aser’s reported returns on its investments; they are not the transactions’ sale prices. The public statements cited here do not disclose the absolute values of the deals, how proceeds were divided among investors, or Radrizzani’s personal share. Aser’s track record is the source for both multiples.
| Investment | 2023 outcome | Aser-reported ROI | What the figure means |
|---|---|---|---|
| ELEVEN | Sale to DAZN | 4× | Aser’s reported investment return multiple; not a sale price or personal proceeds. |
| Leeds United | Sale to 49ers Enterprises | 2× | Aser’s reported investment return multiple; not a sale price or personal proceeds. |
The exits show how the two strands of his career—sports media and club ownership—could produce value through businesses and investments. They do not, on their own, reveal how much money Radrizzani personally made.

Can his personal fortune be stated precisely?
No precise personal net-worth figure or exact personal proceeds from these transactions are established by the official sources cited here. Aser’s company-level ROI disclosures cannot be converted into a personal fortune without the missing transaction values, ownership and investor distributions, and personal financial information. It is more accurate to describe Radrizzani as a sports-media entrepreneur and investor whose ventures included ELEVEN and Leeds United than to treat an unverified net-worth estimate as fact.
