Headspace’s current Black Friday page confirms the sale has ended; it does not verify the historical offer’s eligibility rules, dates, geographic availability, or renewal price. Those details should not be inferred from the headline.
If you are considering a gift membership instead, Headspace says gifting is available year-round. That does not mean the expired sale price applies to gifts or that every gift option has the same terms.
How a Headspace annual subscription works
Headspace’s Terms & Conditions, effective September 30, 2026, define an annual subscription as 365 days. Subscriptions continue unless canceled, and cancellation must occur before renewal to avoid the next periodic charge. The terms do not establish the renewal price for the past $35 promotion. Headspace says subscriptions are charged for the full term upfront, either at checkout or after any trial period.
