Y.H. Dimri Construction & Development’s entry into the FTSE All-World Index is not confirmed by the official sources available for this article. A report about a possible addition is not the same as an FTSE decision or an effective index change. The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange identifies the company’s ordinary share as DIMRI, but the July 2026 TASE data and FTSE review materials cited below do not establish FTSE membership.
What is confirmed about DIMRI stock?
The Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE) lists Y.H. Dimri Construction & Development’s ordinary share under the symbol DIMRI and ISIN IL0010903156. It classifies the security in Real Estate & Construction, under Construction, and describes the company as engaged in residential building projects. TASE’s security page reported market capitalisation of 8,362,836 thousand ILS as of 27 July 2026. That is a dated snapshot, not a current October 2026 quote.
TASE data dated 28 July 2026 listed DIMRI in the TA-35 and TA-125, among other Israeli indices. Membership in those local indices does not establish membership in a FTSE index. TASE’s index overview provides the relevant local-index context.
A Financial Times Markets profile describes Dimri as an Israel-based residential real-estate company, with projects including Grand Dimri apartments and operations in Israel, Romania, the Czech Republic and Georgia. That profile is third-party context, not confirmation of FTSE status: Financial Times Markets company profile.

What would count as a confirmed FTSE addition?
There are several distinct stages that are easy to conflate: a company may be discussed as a candidate, meet some review criteria, be named in an official addition decision, and then enter an index on its stated effective date. Only the last two steps establish an announced addition and its implementation. A report about a possibility alone does not show that FTSE has selected the share.
The secondary article that raised the possibility of FTSE All-World entry does not substitute for an official constituent record or review notice. The available official FTSE and TASE materials do not confirm that DIMRI was added. The secondary coverage is here: Simply Wall St coverage.

To verify a future or newly announced addition, look for an official FTSE Russell notice or constituent file that names the security, identifies the index series and segment, and states the effective date. Without those details, “weighs FTSE entry” should be read as a possibility, not a completed index change.
How FTSE reviews work—and what the rules do not prove
The FTSE Global Equity Index Series Ground Rules version available for this article is v13.0, dated July 2024. It says, “FTSE conducts an annual review of all countries included in its global indices and those being considered for inclusion.” The rules describe country classification and company-level eligibility and review processes, including minimum investable-market-capitalisation and securities-count requirements. See the FTSE Global Equity Index Series Ground Rules.

FTSE Russell’s notice of 20 February 2026 announced market-capitalisation threshold levels for the March 2026 review, which were to be used in determining additions and deletions. It does not say DIMRI met the thresholds or was added. FTSE Russell’s threshold notice is review-specific; threshold levels should not be treated as a standing guarantee of eligibility.
Nor does a company’s total market capitalisation alone establish eligibility. A review can depend on investable, free-float-adjusted market capitalisation, liquidity and other applicable screens. The cited sources do not provide a verified DIMRI-specific calculation against those tests.

What an addition could mean for shareholders
If FTSE officially adds a stock to an index, funds that track that specific index may need to adjust their holdings around the effective date. The size and timing of any resulting demand would depend on the index series and segment, the stock’s weighting, the funds tracking it, and their implementation. The available sources do not establish an addition, DIMRI’s hypothetical index weight, or expected fund flows, so they cannot support a prediction about buying or price impact.
For an investor assessing a possible inclusion, separate these questions:
Best Value
- Decision: Has FTSE published an official notice naming DIMRI?
- Index: Which FTSE series and size segment is involved?
- Timing: What are the announcement and effective dates?
- Eligibility: What investable free-float market capitalisation, liquidity and other screens apply?
- Exposure: Which funds track that exact index, and what is known about their implementation?
The materials cited here answer the framework question, but not the DIMRI-specific decision, calculation or flow questions. They also do not establish that FTSE membership would change the company’s underlying business or make DIMRI a suitable investment for a particular person.
What to check before relying on the claim
- Check FTSE Russell’s current constituent files and review notices for the exact security name or ISIN IL0010903156.
- Confirm the named index series and segment; an announcement about one index should not be generalized to another.
- Read the notice for the decision date and implementation date, and distinguish a prospective change from one already effective.
- For market context, use current TASE data rather than the July 2026 snapshots cited here.
Index status and share data can change. The FTSE ground rules referenced above are dated July 2024, while the latest review notice cited is for March 2026; consult current FTSE rules, notices and constituent records before acting on a later claim.
