Yes. Candidates and employees have publicly shared accounts of interviewing with and working at Cerner, now commonly referred to as Oracle Health. Those accounts describe different experiences, not a single standard hiring process or workplace. Use them to prepare questions, then confirm the details for the specific role with its recruiter and hiring team.
Why do reports use Cerner, Oracle Cerner, and Oracle Health?
Accounts and job listings may use different names, including Cerner, Oracle Cerner HealthCare, and Oracle Health. The name used in an older discussion may not match a current posting. Check the employer and business unit shown on the live job listing, and confirm the legal employer in the written offer; public posts alone cannot establish the employer for a particular vacancy. Glassdoor’s interview page, for example, uses the Oracle Cerner HealthCare name.
What have candidates said about the interview process?
Candidate-submitted reports vary by role, date, and location. They can suggest what to ask about, but they do not establish the sequence or content you should expect.
Technical roles
Glassdoor entries include an August 8, 2026 Test Engineer report mentioning automation-testing concepts and data structures and algorithms. A July 2, 2026 Data Engineer account described three SQL rounds, one Python round, and one behavioral round. Another entry described conversations with HR, a team lead, and a manager. These are individual reports, not a company-wide interview template. See the candidate-submitted entries.

Other roles and scheduling
In a February 2026 Reddit discussion, a candidate for a financial analyst role described a prescreen followed by a scheduled two-hour interview block within a broader scheduling window. That account is one person’s experience, not a rule for Oracle Health interviews. Read the discussion.
A 2024 post in r/cernercorporation described interviews with multiple teams, a discussion among interviewers, and a decision that could take a month or longer. Treat this as a historical anecdote rather than a forecast for a current application; ask the recruiter about the expected timeline. Read the post.
What do employee accounts say about working there?
Public employee discussions and review pages can give you topics to investigate, but they are self-selected and mixed. They cannot show what every employee—or even every team—experiences. A rating or review count on a platform can also change, so do not treat a search-result snapshot as a durable measure of workplace quality. Glassdoor’s review page is one place to read individual accounts, not a representative survey.
For a useful comparison, look at the role family and level, location, date of the account, and whether it concerns the same kind of team and work arrangement. The available accounts do not support ranking all Cerner or Oracle Health teams against one another.
How should you evaluate a specific opening?
Use public reports as prompts for a direct conversation with the recruiter. Ask for details that apply to the position you are considering:
- How many interview rounds are planned, and who will you meet?
- Which skills or topics should you prepare for, and will there be a technical exercise?
- What are the role’s scope, level, and team structure?
- Where is the work based, and what are the current in-office, hybrid, or remote expectations?
- What should you know about the team’s workload and any changes affecting it?
- When does the team expect to make a decision, and when should you follow up?
Ask the hiring manager about the day-to-day work and team priorities; ask the recruiter to confirm interview logistics, location expectations, and timing. Written details for the current opening are more useful than assuming an older account describes your process.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone. What can you reasonably conclude?
People have shared interview and workplace experiences under Cerner and Oracle Health names. The accounts show that interview formats can differ, and at least one older candidate described a process extending to a month or longer. They do not verify a universal hiring process, establish how typical any one experience is, or predict what will happen in a current application.
