The reported 24-karat silver rate was Rs11,640 per tola and Rs9,979 per 10 grams. These are historical, association-attributed rates reported that day—not current prices or guaranteed quotes from individual jewellers.
Pakistan gold and silver rates on January 27, 2026
Business Recorder and Mettis Global reported the local rates below, attributing them to rates shared by the All-Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Sarafa Association (APGJSA). The changes are the reported day-on-day movements.

How silver’s reported change was described
The reported silver rate of Rs11,640 per tola was Rs212 above the preceding rate of Rs11,428, so the numeric comparison indicates an increase. Business Recorder and Mettis Global describe it as a rise. ARY News gives the same figures but describes the move as a decline; that wording conflicts with the arithmetic. The 10-gram silver rate was reported up Rs182.

International figures reported that day
Business Recorder’s January 27 update also reported international gold at $5,082 per ounce, down $15, and silver at $111.65 per ounce, up $2.12. These are dated figures from that update, not live market prices.
