Pakistan gold and silver rates on December 2, 2025
Pakistan Revenue reported the following local rates in Pakistani rupees, along with each metal’s change from the previous day:

How to read the quoted rates
Check purity and unit
The table distinguishes 24-karat from 22-karat gold and gives prices per tola or per 10 grams. A price for one purity or unit is not interchangeable with another. The listed silver figures are for 24-karat silver.

Interpret the daily change
Gold was reported lower than on December 1, while silver was higher. The previous day’s rates in Pakistan Revenue’s December 1 report—Rs446,862 per tola and Rs383,112 per 10 grams for 24-karat gold, Rs351,198 per 10 grams for 22-karat gold, and Rs5,963 per tola and Rs5,112 per 10 grams for 24-karat silver—agree with the December 2 report’s stated changes. Why another December 2 report shows different prices
Pakistan Observer also published a report dated December 2, but it lists gold at Rs446,862 per tola and Rs383,112 per 10 grams, silver at Rs5,963 per tola and Rs5,112 per 10 grams, and international gold at $4,245 per ounce. Those local values match Pakistan Revenue’s December 1 rates, rather than its date-matched December 2 figures. What influences local bullion prices
Pakistan Revenue says domestic prices are largely determined by international bullion prices and interbank foreign-exchange rates, attributing that explanation to the association. The cited report does not provide an association methodology document or an independently checked exchange-rate series, so this describes the outlet’s explanation rather than a separately verified calculation.
