The Global Sources Hong Kong Shows 2025 ran in three phases at AsiaWorld-Expo, with separate dates and product categories for each. The October 2025 event has ended; the registration and admission information below describes that edition, not instructions for a future show.
Where and when the 2025 shows took place
The shows were held at AsiaWorld-Expo, 1 Airport Expo Blvd, Chek Lap Kok, Hong Kong. The three phases ran October 11–14, October 18–21 and October 27–30, 2025. Global Sources presented the event as a trade-oriented place to meet suppliers, explore products and compare sourcing options.
Phase schedule and product categories
| Phase | Dates in 2025 | Main sourcing categories |
|---|---|---|
| Phase 1 | October 11–14 | Gaming, consumer electronics and electronic components, including audio-visual equipment, automotive electronics, computer peripherals, commercial and outdoor electronics, batteries and power. |
| Phase 2 | October 18–21 | Mobile devices and accessories, wearables, smart home, security, appliances and lifestyle products. |
| Phase 3 | October 27–30 | Sports, outdoor and fashion. The official Hong Kong event listing also placed the Fashion Show on October 27–30. |
How to choose the right phase
Choose by the categories you source and the supplier conversations you want to have. If your buying brief spans more than one phase, compare the dates with your target categories and plan supplier meetings accordingly; the phases were held on separate weeks, not as one continuous exhibition.
- For gaming, electronics or components: Phase 1 was the closest fit, with areas ranging from gaming gear and audio-visual products to batteries and power.
- For mobile, connected-home or lifestyle sourcing: Phase 2 covered mobile devices, wearables, smart-home solutions, security, appliances and lifestyle products.
- For sports, outdoor or fashion: Phase 3 was the relevant phase.
Global Sources described the shows as a place to compare product quality, pricing and minimum order quantities and promoted business matching. Use those conversations to assess whether a product and supplier fit your own specifications and purchasing terms.

Scale and featured areas reported for 2025
Global Sources’ Phase 1 opening release reported over 2,000 qualified exhibitors and approximately 150,000 products. Its Phase 2 opening release separately reported over 2,000 exhibitors and more than 150,000 products. These are organizer figures for their respective phases; the published material does not establish an independent audit method, so they should not be read as independently verified counts or combined into a single total.
For Phase 1, Global Sources previewed a Gaming & Esports Arena, New Product Launch area, Best of Innovation Awards Ceremony, Personal Transporter Test Drive, KOLs & Buyers’ Favorite Gaming Gear Awards and a New Exhibitor Launchpad. The preview said 30 exhibitors were new to the Hong Kong Shows.
Rank #2
For Phase 2, AsiaWorld-Expo described an AI+ Products Hall with over 1,200 booths, arranged into themed areas including AI Personal Care, AI Toys, AI Applications and AI Brands. Global Sources’ Phase 2 release also highlighted mobile devices, smart wearables, AR/VR, smart-home solutions, personal healthcare and pet supplies.
Global Sources also used an aggregate promotional figure of over 5,000 suppliers and more than 330,000 products for the October shows. That promotional aggregate is not presented on the same stated basis as the phase-specific figures, so it should not be used to calculate or infer a phase total.

What the event offered trade buyers
The organizer positioned the shows as a place to meet suppliers, inspect shelf-ready products, compare quality, pricing and minimum order quantities, and use business matching. Global Sources describes exhibitors as vetted; that is the organizer’s characterization, not independent quality certification. Supplier checks, samples and commercial terms still require a buyer’s own evaluation.

The show information page’s published terms said advance registration waived the admission fee and attendance was limited to trade visitors. It also said attendees had to provide three copies of a business card and be at least 18; retail and sample sales were not allowed. These are historical terms from a page now promoting a later edition, not current admission instructions. Check the organizer’s current event information before making plans for a future show.
