Ghislaine Maxwell’s former New Hampshire estate has reportedly sold for just under $2.4 million, according to New Hampshire Public Radio’s April 6, 2026 report citing Realtor.com. That sale makes the earlier “up for grabs” framing outdated: the Bradford property was listed in 2025 for $2.495 million, then reportedly reduced to $2.365 million.

Did Ghislaine Maxwell’s New Hampshire house sell?

Yes. NHPR reported on April 6, 2026, that the 156-acre Bradford estate sold for just under $2.4 million, citing an update to Realtor.com. The amount is a reported sale price, not a deed-confirmed figure in the available reporting.

The reported sale followed a 2025 listing and a later price reduction. The figures describe different stages of the transaction—purchase price, asking prices and reported sale price—and should not be treated as equivalent measures.

What was the property listed for?

Stage Reported amount What it represents
December 2019 $1.07 million Purchase price reported by NHPR in 2026; the property was bought through Granite Reality LLC.
2025 $2.495 million Initial asking price reported by InDepth NH in a report republished by Patch.
December 2025 $2.365 million Reduced asking price reported by InDepth NH/Patch.
April 2026 Just under $2.4 million Reported sale price in NHPR’s account of Realtor.com’s update; not confirmed there against a deed.

Where is the estate, and what does it include?

The property is in Bradford, New Hampshire, and was described in reporting as a 156-acre estate known as “Tucked Away.” InDepth NH/Patch described a 4,365-square-foot timber-framed main residence, an 1800s Cape house and a barn. Those are reported descriptions, not a substitute for a current survey, listing or assessor record.

NHPR reported that Maxwell was arrested by the FBI at the property in 2020. The InDepth NH/Patch account also discussed the transaction and arrest based on newly released federal documents; details such as the reported use of an alias should be understood as that report’s account, rather than as independently verified transaction records here.

How does the reported price compare with the local market?

NHPR reported that New Hampshire home values rose by an average of 89% from 2019 through the end of 2025, citing the New Hampshire Association of REALTORS (NHAR). It reported a 124% increase for the former estate over the same interval. Those percentages compare different property and market measures; they do not establish why the estate’s value rose faster.

For local context, NHPR said Bradford’s median listing price was $520,000 for April 2025 through March 2026, citing NHAR, and was 19% higher than the prior year. A median listing price is not a sale price, and it is not a like-for-like comparison with the estate’s reported transaction.

NHAR vice president of communications Dave Cummings told NHPR, “It is outpacing other homes in the state, and it could be because of different factors.” That is an observation, not a confirmed explanation for the appreciation.

What do the reported assessment and tax figures show?

InDepth NH/Patch reported an assessed value of $1,829,005 and annual property taxes of $30,353 in December 2025. The report’s figures are not identified here with a confirmed tax year, so they should not be treated as current amounts without checking Bradford’s applicable tax records.
