A recently surfaced U.S. offer pairs a one-year Costco Gold Star membership with a $20 Digital Costco Shop Card. A deal roundup reported a $65 price, but current availability and price have not been confirmed on a Costco-owned checkout. Check the live listing and its full terms before paying; the promotion may have changed or ended.
What the offer includes
The third-party StackSocial listing describes one year of Costco Gold Star membership plus a $20 Digital Costco Shop Card. It states that Gold Star membership costs $65 per year and includes one free Household Card. Separately, DealNews reported a $65 offer, and Brad’s Deals reported a $65 membership plus a $20 Shop Card through Groupon in a listing dated August 25, 2026. These reports indicate a recently surfaced price, not a guarantee that the offer is live now or that checkout will show the same terms.
Who can use the promotion
According to the StackSocial listing, the offer is for new members and for people whose primary and household memberships have both been expired for at least 18 months. It excludes renewals and upgrades and cannot be combined with another promotion. Confirm the live offer’s eligibility language before purchasing, particularly if you have held a Costco membership before.
How redemption and card delivery work
The listing says buyers must redeem within 30 days and provide a valid email address. After successful signup, the $20 Digital Costco Shop Card is to be emailed to the primary member within two weeks. The listing also says Costco is not liable if an invalid email address prevents delivery. Keep the purchase and signup records, use an email address you can access, and check the live instructions for the exact redemption steps and deadline.
