Architectural Digest reports that Swiss architect Roger Kurath designed the home and that it was constructed in 2017. Listing agent Lisa Young of Compass described its design as Swiss and emphasized its steel framework. She called it “a rare example of Swiss architectural mastery,” a promotional assessment attributed to the agent rather than an independent evaluation.

Realtor.com reported that Simmons and Tweed Simmons bought the Beverly Hills residence for $10.5 million in 2021. The couple later purchased another home in Malibu; coverage connected that purchase, along with their move to Las Vegas, to the decision to part with the Beverly Hills property, which had served as a California base.
Rank #2
The difference between the reported purchase price and an asking price does not establish a profit. A completed sale price, transaction costs, taxes, and any improvements or other ownership expenses would all matter to the financial outcome.
