GameStop reportedly offered four major games for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S at $35 each during its 2025 Cyber Monday sale, half off their stated $69.99 regular price. The sale had ended by the time Windows Central updated its report on December 1, 2025, so these are historical prices—not current offers.
Which games were included in GameStop’s reported sale?
Windows Central reported that the following PS5 and Xbox Series X|S versions were each priced at $35, reduced from a stated regular price of $69.99 (50% off). Its December 1, 2025 update said GameStop’s sale had ended.

When was Cyber Monday 2025, and was the GameStop deal still live?
Cyber Monday fell on Monday, December 1, 2025. Windows Central’s update that day said GameStop’s sale had ended. The report discussed other retailers’ offers after noting that status, so those later prices should not be mistaken for GameStop prices or current recommendations.

In that December 1 update, Windows Central contributor Brendan Lowry wrote: “I’ve gone ahead and updated all four of these deals to reflect current pricing; notably, Battlefield 6 dropped to $49.99, which is a terrific deal (albeit not as good as GameStop’s original $35 offer).” The $49.99 figure was a reported Amazon price for Battlefield 6 at that time, not GameStop’s sale price and not a verified current price. The report also listed contemporaneous offers for Borderlands 4 at Loaded, Assassin’s Creed Shadows at Best Buy, and Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater at Walmart and Best Buy. Those were separate historical retailer offers.
How does Nintendo’s holiday promotion relate?
Nintendo announced separate U.S. holiday promotions on November 10, 2025. Its Cyber Deals sale ran November 20 through December 3 at 11:59 p.m. PT; select physical Switch games and amiibo were discounted at select retailers. Nintendo also announced $20 off MSRP on Samsung MicroSD Express cards beginning November 30 at select locations. These were Nintendo promotions, not the four GameStop game discounts.
