In context, “all stores” meant the retailer said availability existed across its Canadian locations after it redistributed remaining stock. The statement did not say how many preorders were available at any location, whether quantities were equal, or how long the stock would last.

The update concerned the Mario Kart World Nintendo Switch 2 bundle specifically; it should not be read as confirmation that every Switch 2 configuration was available. Launch timing and what the update means now
GameStop Canada / EB Games Canada’s official Switch 2 signup page listed June 5, 2025, as the console’s launch date and said preorders were available in limited quantities at stores across Canada, with a deposit required. The date helps place the retailer’s April announcement in the original preorder period.
The April 25 statement is historical. GameStop Canada’s current Switch 2 page lists consoles and related categories, but that page does not confirm whether the old bundle preorder allocation—or stock at any particular store—is available now. For a present-day purchase, check the retailer’s current listing and store-specific availability rather than relying on the 2025 announcement.
