The offer has expired.
What the reported Samsung.com offer included
SamMobile reported that customers pre-ordering a Galaxy S25, Galaxy S25+ or Galaxy S25 Ultra from Samsung.com could receive a starter kit described as a case and charger, with a stated value of £128. The report linked the gift to submitting a review. The original full promotion terms are not established here, so the precise accessories, review deadline, claim process and delivery timing cannot be confirmed. SamMobile’s offer report
That distinction matters: the available information does not establish that every Samsung.com pre-order automatically came with the kit. Treat it as a reported, conditional promotion rather than a universal entitlement.
When UK pre-orders opened—and when the offer ended
Samsung Newsroom U.K. announced that Galaxy S25-series pre-orders began on 22 January 2025, with wide availability through operators, retailers and Samsung.com from 7 February 2025. The dates are historical; this is not a current offer. Samsung Newsroom U.K.’s January 2025 announcement

Do not confuse it with Samsung’s other launch promotions
Samsung announced separate launch incentives alongside the S25 range. Samsung.com pre-orders could receive double storage for the same price, while a livestream promotion offered Galaxy Buds3 worth £159 with code S25LIVE after watching the livestream. Those were distinct from the review-associated case-and-charger starter kit. Samsung Newsroom U.K.’s January 2025 announcement
There were also separate iD Mobile tariff bundles. The carrier listed S25, S25+ and S25 Ultra offers during 7–27 February 2025 and 12–25 March 2025 for selected 10GB, 50GB, 100GB or unlimited tariffs. Those bundles included Buds3 Pro, a 45W charger and a clear case, excluded SIM-free purchases, and were not the Samsung.com starter kit. iD Mobile stated the usual total for that bundle’s extras as £288.99. iD Mobile’s bundle offer
