At the top of the ₹275–₹289 price band, that allotment is worth approximately ₹315.9 crore, which is commonly rounded to ₹315 crore. Anchor bidding is scheduled for 13 October 2026, with the public issue running from 14 to 16 October and a proposed BSE/NSE listing on 22 October.
What the ₹315 crore anchor allocation represents
The ₹315 crore figure is an estimate, not a separately announced cash receipt. Moneycontrol reported the reserved quantity as 10,930,796 shares. Multiplying that number by the ₹289 upper-band price produces approximately ₹315.9 crore. The final rupee proceeds depend on the price and allotment recorded in the applicable exchange filing.

How Fusion CX plans to use the IPO money
The fresh-issue portion can bring up to ₹500 crore into the company. The stated objectives are:
- Repayment or prepayment of borrowings.
- Investment in step-down subsidiaries Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited.
- Upgrades to the Arya and MindVoice tools through those subsidiary investments.
The ₹202 crore offer-for-sale component goes to selling shareholders rather than to Fusion CX. That distinction matters when assessing how much of the issue can fund operations, technology or debt reduction.

What Fusion CX does
Fusion CX describes itself as an AI-powered customer-experience and business-process services provider. It handles customer interactions through voice, email, chat, social media and messaging channels.

AI data and automation services
Alongside customer-support operations, the company provides AI data-infrastructure work, including data collection, data annotation and labelling, and teleoperations. Arya and MindVoice are the named tools targeted for upgrades with part of the IPO proceeds.
Industries served
Its disclosed customer verticals include telecom and utilities; high technology and travel; banking, financial services and insurance; retail; and healthcare and life sciences.
Operating scale disclosed before the IPO
As of 30 June 2026, Fusion CX reported 13,735 employees across 13 countries and 40 delivery centres. The same operating snapshot covered 208 customers and support for 28 languages. These figures indicate a distributed delivery model, but they do not by themselves show revenue or profit concentration by customer, country or industry. Investors should review the company’s offer document for those breakdowns.
Who is handling the issue?
The draft red herring prospectus names Nuvama Wealth Management, IIFL Capital Services and Motilal Oswal Investment Advisors as the book-running lead managers. KFin Technologies is the registrar.
Anchor names and a separate pre-IPO transaction
A definitive final list of anchor-allotment names was not available with the published schedule and share-count information. Therefore, investors should not treat widely reported institutional or high-net-worth participation as confirmation of the anchor book.
The Economic Times separately reported that Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance, investor Ashish Kacholia and Mukul Agrawal-backed Sanshi Fund acquired a combined 3.19% stake for ₹120 crore through secondary transactions at ₹289 per share before the IPO. This was a pre-IPO sale by existing holders; it is separate from the new anchor allocation and does not represent money raised by Fusion CX in the public issue.
Quick Recap
What investors should check before subscribing
- Issue economics: Compare the ₹275–₹289 band with the company’s earnings, share count and implied valuation in the prospectus; the headline price alone is not a valuation measure.
- Fresh money versus selling shareholders: Only the fresh issue can be applied to debt repayment and subsidiary investments, while the offer-for-sale proceeds go to sellers.
- Execution of the technology plan: Follow how Omind Technologies Inc. and Omind Technologies Private Limited deploy funds to Arya and MindVoice and whether those investments improve growth or margins.
- Customer and geographic exposure: The published workforce and customer totals do not quantify concentration. Check the prospectus for dependence on major accounts, countries, currencies and verticals.
- Time-sensitive IPO data: Anchor participation, subscription figures, grey-market indications and the eventual listing price can change quickly. Use exchange notices and the final allotment documents for the latest status.
