Kevin is second at £80,000, while Oscar Bobb, Gonzalo García and Ryan Sessegnon are tied at £75,000 each. These are estimated fixed salaries, not official disclosures; the tie means the five names span only three salary levels.
Fulham’s five highest estimated salaries
Capology’s Fulham table lists the following active players for the 2026–27 season. The annual amounts are the corresponding estimates shown by Capology.
| Salary position | Player | Estimated gross fixed salary per week | Estimated gross fixed salary per year |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Bernd Leno | £130,000 | £6,760,000 |
| 2 | Kevin | £80,000 | £4,160,000 |
| Tied | Oscar Bobb | £75,000 | £3,900,000 |
| Tied | Gonzalo García | £75,000 | £3,900,000 |
| Tied | Ryan Sessegnon | £75,000 | £3,900,000 |
Capology identifies the table as covering 2026–27 and says its Premier League club salary pages were updated on September 22, 2026. It also says salaries may be adjusted at season’s end based on club performance, so the figures should be treated as a dated snapshot rather than a final account of what players earned over the season. See Capology’s Fulham salaries and contracts page.
What “fixed salary” means—and what it leaves out
Capology labels these amounts “Est. Fixed Salary.” Its definition is an estimated guaranteed annual salary paid by the club, excluding image-rights income, commercial deals, bonuses and other benefits. The figures are gross, before deductions; they are not net take-home pay and do not represent total compensation.

Capology lists estimated bonuses separately and calculates estimated total compensation as fixed salary plus bonuses. Its note says bonuses are maximum amounts a player could earn, not necessarily amounts they will receive. A fixed-salary ranking therefore cannot establish who ultimately earns the most after bonuses and other income.
How reliable are the estimates?
Capology says, “All salaries are estimates and do not represent official figures.” It describes verified player figures as based on public reporting and/or sources close to Capology. For unverified players, it may use algorithms informed by club personnel costs in official financial statements and/or UEFA publications; some estimates may also rely on reporting that Capology has not duly confirmed. The listed values should consequently be attributed to Capology, not presented as Fulham-confirmed wages.

Capology reports estimated Fulham gross fixed wages of £88,972,000 per year, or £1,711,000 per week, excluding bonuses. Its separate estimated gross total wage figure, including bonuses, is £111,215,000 per year. These are Capology estimates, not an official Fulham wage bill.
Those club-level estimates are not directly interchangeable with personnel costs in company accounts or UEFA publications. Capology notes that such official totals can include more than senior men’s players—for example, youth players, women’s teams, administrative staff, social security and pension contributions, and severance payments—while its player salary estimates often do not track or include those costs.

What the ranking does—and does not—tell you
- It shows Capology’s ordering of estimated gross fixed salaries for the named players in its 2026–27 table; it does not rank performance or on-pitch value.
- The “top five” includes three players tied at the cutoff, so it is five names but only three salary levels.
- The table’s fixed-salary amounts exclude several possible forms of compensation, and the page does not establish each player’s eventual total income.
- Capology’s reported club-wide totals use estimates and a different scope from an individual-player fixed-salary ranking.
