Which Freedom Mobile plans were discounted?
MobileSyrup reported the following monthly prices for the promotion. The lower price in each row included the reported $4-per-month BYOP discount.

According to MobileSyrup’s March 14, 2025 report, all three plans included 5G+ data and talk, text and data in Canada, the U.S. and Mexico. The report also described Roam Beyond data in more than 100 other destinations; it did not specify the amount of Roam Beyond data in the information cited here.
Who qualified, and when did the offer end?
The $4 monthly discount was for customers bringing their own phone (BYOP). MobileSyrup reported that the flash sale was due to end March 17, 2025. That date has passed, and the reported terms do not establish that the same discount applies to any later plans.

Which other plans were mentioned?
The report also listed plans at $29/month for 6GB and $19/month for 1GB, without the $4 discount. It noted those prices were higher than the plans’ preceding prices, so they were not straightforward discounts. The story also mentioned $0 smartphones but did not identify models or provide enough device-offer detail for a useful comparison.
Is the flash sale still available?
There is no confirmation here that the March 2025 promotion remains available. Freedom Mobile’s official plan page was checked on October 8, 2026, but the extracted page content did not show readable live offer terms. Check the carrier’s current plan details directly before signing up, and confirm the price, eligibility, data and roaming inclusions, any activation or connection fees, and the offer’s end date.
