7NEWS reported that Frank Green replied to customers with an apology, saying: “We’re deeply sorry that you have waited longer than expected for your order,” and, “Our team is doing everything they can to process the large volume of orders we have received as quickly as possible!” The outlet said it contacted the company for comment; its report did not include a named spokesperson or a further attributable response.

Frank Green’s current shipping guidance cited here is for its North American store, not Australia. The official North American shipping information says standard orders may take 2–3 business days to dispatch, monogramming may add 1–3 business days, and dispatch can take longer during peak periods, promotions, and public holidays. Those are current regional estimates, not evidence of the Australian cutoff or delivery promise in December 2023.
For a new order, check the shipping page for the store serving your country and distinguish dispatch time from transit time: a parcel can take additional time to reach you after it leaves the warehouse. For a gift deadline, also check whether customization adds processing time and whether the stated holiday cutoff applies to your location and delivery method.
If you are still waiting for an order
- Check the order confirmation for the destination, item details, and any stated dispatch or delivery estimate.
- Look for a dispatch notice and tracking link. If tracking is absent or has not updated, contact the seller through the support channel for the market where you placed the order.
- Ask for a specific status and a realistic delivery estimate. If the gift date has passed, ask what options are available under the seller’s current terms, such as cancellation, refund, or another resolution.
- Keep the confirmation, delivery estimate, tracking history, and support correspondence together. These records help clarify what was promised and what happened if you need to follow up.
Replacement parts require a bottle and lid check
If the practical issue is a damaged or missing component rather than a delayed gift, Frank Green’s North American store lists replacement lids, straws, straps, bottle bases, and other accessories.
