What the Foxify–Palmswap merger announcement said
In an April 26, 2024 announcement, Palmswap said the projects would merge into a unified FOXIFY platform, with plans to bring together users, development resources, and features. The announcement characterized the move as a combination, but it is not a corporate filing and does not establish the transaction’s legal form or completion. Read the project announcement.
The post described Foxify as operating on Arbitrum and Palmswap on BNB Chain. It presented the merger-era feature consolidation as a plan, naming Perps v2, Trade2Earn, a token bridge, a fiat on/offramp, and FUNDED. Those descriptions are historical statements from 2024, not confirmation that every feature launched or remains available today.
What PALM token holders were told
The project FAQ gave the conversion rate as 1 PALM = 0.00778 FOX and said FOX was expected to appear in wallets on April 29, 2024. That is the project’s stated arrangement; the available sources do not independently verify that each holder received tokens.

MEXC published the same ratio for its own handling and said PALM trading on its exchange would close at 13:00 UTC on April 26, 2024. That deadline applied to MEXC’s arrangements, not necessarily to other exchanges or holders. See MEXC’s notice.
What stakers and liquidity providers were told
PALM stakers
The project said PALM stakers would receive FOXIFYMAXI, which it described as FOX that was already staked and earning rewards. The announcement states the intended treatment; it does not independently confirm completion for individual stakers.

Palmswap liquidity providers
The project instructed liquidity providers to open a ticket in the Foxify Discord to request ARBETH and FOX tokens equal to their LP value at the time of the announcement. The published post does not verify that all such requests were fulfilled.
What happened to Palmswap trading and its roadmap?
Foxify and Palmswap said Palmswap trading would cease at a future date and directed users to Foxify for future trading. The announcement did not specify a firm cessation date, so it cannot establish when Palmswap trading ended. Nor does it confirm the present-day availability of the features listed in the merger plan.

For users assessing the change now, distinguish the 2024 transition plan from current product documentation. A plan to consolidate development or move trading is not, by itself, evidence that accounts, assets, or every roadmap item migrated as intended.

Foxify’s FUNDED documentation, accessed October 8, 2026, says its automation is live across Hyperliquid, Decibel, and Ondo. It describes deposits starting at $100, account scaling up to $20,000 after performance targets, and a 70% share of eligible profits for its automated offering. The documentation also warns that deposited collateral is at risk, leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and profitability is not guaranteed. It states: “Past performance is not indicative of future results.” Read the risk disclosure.
