There is no verified current net-worth figure for every person called part of the “Foster family.” The published dollar amounts are dated media estimates, not audited financial disclosures, and they cover only a few relatives. The name can also confuse two branches: Yolanda Hadid used the surname Foster during her marriage to musician and producer David Foster, while Gigi, Bella and Anwar Hadid are her children with her earlier husband, real-estate developer Mohamed Hadid.
Who is included in the Foster and Hadid family?
“Foster family” is often used for the family associated with Yolanda Hadid’s years as Yolanda Foster. But the people most often discussed in net-worth searches belong to a wider family spanning two marriages. Yolanda’s former husband David Foster is not the father of her children with Mohamed Hadid, and his finances should not be combined with theirs.

Family relationships are described by Bravo and Bravo’s profile of Mohamed Hadid. EL PAÍS reported Aydan Nix’s family connection in May 2025. That newer report means older descriptions of the siblings may not cover everyone publicly identified as part of the wider Hadid family.

The figures below are historical estimates or an earnings figure. None is a current audited statement of assets and liabilities. They are not comparable enough to support a reliable ranking of every relative.

A separate South China Morning Post celebrity-net-worth ranking estimated Yolanda’s wealth at US$45 million in 2021. That figure is also unofficial and should be treated as a dated estimate, not confirmation of her present-day finances.
Why earnings and property stories do not prove net worth
Net worth means assets minus liabilities. A reported annual income, a property’s asking price, a business’s revenue, or a former spouse’s wealth does not disclose what an individual owns or owes. Even a published estimate can rely on incomplete information about private assets, debts, investments, contracts and ownership stakes.
Yolanda discussed her early property investment in a 2018 Money interview, saying she bought her first Los Angeles apartment at 21 and sold it years later for a profit. That account offers context about one investment, but it does not establish the apartment’s purchase price, sale price, her total property portfolio or her current net worth.

No defensible ranking of every member follows from these figures. Yolanda and Mohamed have historical media estimates; David’s estimate comes from the same 2018 account as Yolanda’s. Gigi’s cited number is a one-year earnings report, not a net-worth estimate. Comparable, transparent figures are not established for Bella, Anwar, Alana, Marielle or Aydan. Combining those different measures into a single family total—or declaring a richest Hadid from this evidence—would imply a precision the sources do not provide.
