Participating Ford dealers now list Ford Blue Advantage certified pre-owned vehicles on Amazon Autos, where shoppers can browse, review pricing, apply for financing when eligible, and complete much of the purchase online. The dealer—not Amazon—sets the price, arranges pickup, and remains responsible for service. Amazon and Ford announced the program on November 17, 2025, initially in Los Angeles, Seattle, and Dallas; availability is now described as expanding metro by metro, so check live inventory for your location.

Who sells the car, and where can you buy one?

Amazon Autos provides the shopping and online transaction experience, but participating Ford franchise dealers are the sellers. They set vehicle pricing, handle pickup, and maintain the customer relationship after checkout. The car is picked up at the dealership; the launch materials do not describe home delivery.

The November 17, 2025, launch announcement named Los Angeles, Seattle, and Dallas as initial markets. Amazon Autos describes expansion metro by metro, but the launch list is not a current, complete footprint. Inventory depends on location and changes over time. Browse Amazon Autos Ford CPO inventory and confirm availability, price, and terms for the specific vehicle and dealer.

What Ford Blue Advantage certification means

Ford Blue Advantage vehicles are grouped into certification tiers. The inspection and limited-warranty figures below are those stated in the 2025 launch materials, not a substitute for the vehicle’s listing or current program terms.

Certification tier Inspection stated in launch materials Limited warranty stated in launch materials What to check
Gold Certified 172-point inspection 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first; Amazon says coverage includes more than 1,000 components. Review the vehicle’s condition information and the warranty terms that apply to that listing.
EV Certified Specialized 127-point inspection 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever comes first; Amazon says coverage includes more than 1,000 components. Check vehicle-specific condition and coverage details before purchase.
Blue Certified Ford’s article states a 139-point inspection. Amazon’s announcement does not state a Blue inspection count in its result text. 90 days or 4,000 miles, whichever comes first, according to Amazon’s announcement. Amazon says Blue vehicles may include Ford and other brands. Confirm eligibility and inspection details against the current listing and program terms.

The Blue inspection count differs in the launch materials: Ford gives 139 points, while Amazon’s announcement does not provide a count in its result text. For any tier, compare inspection scope, warranty duration and mileage limit, vehicle age and mileage eligibility, condition, and price rather than relying on the badge alone. Ford’s Ford Blue Advantage article provides further program and eligibility information.

How buying through Amazon Autos works

  1. Browse participating dealer inventory. Compare the available vehicle details, itemized pricing, certification tier, and condition information. Availability is specific to the shopper’s location.
  2. Choose purchase options. Amazon’s general marketplace description says shoppers select a purchase type and may be offered protection products. Those options and eligibility can vary; review what is shown for the particular vehicle.
  3. Apply for financing if eligible. The platform supports financing through its lender network, which Amazon Autos identifies as including Ford Motor Credit. Approval, rates, and terms depend on the lender and buyer; the launch materials do not establish a particular offer.
  4. Complete the online steps and schedule pickup. Shoppers can complete much of the purchase process online, place a down payment, and arrange pickup at the selling dealership. The dealer remains involved in the transaction and handles the handoff.

Amazon describes the marketplace and lender network at Amazon Autos. The online process does not eliminate the dealer relationship: the participating Ford dealer handles pickup and future service.

What protections come with a Ford CPO purchase?

Amazon and Ford said participating-dealer Ford CPO vehicles sold on Amazon Autos include a 14-day or 1,000-mile money-back guarantee, whichever comes first. Treat this as the announced term for these qualifying sales, not a promise covering every used vehicle listed on Amazon Autos. Read the specific listing and current terms to confirm eligibility and how to use the guarantee.

Participating dealers may also offer extended service plans. These are optional dealer offerings, not a standard inclusion for every vehicle. Check the price, coverage, exclusions, and cancellation terms before adding one.

What buyers should verify before paying

  • Total price: Check the itemized amount and ask the dealer about any charges or terms not clear in the listing.
  • Vehicle specifics: Review the VIN, mileage, condition details, certification level, and any included equipment for the exact car.
  • Warranty and guarantee: Confirm the coverage start, limits, exclusions, and return process in the vehicle’s current terms.
  • Financing: Compare the complete loan terms, including APR, loan length, required down payment, and total cost—not just the monthly payment.
  • Pickup and ongoing service: Confirm the dealership location, pickup arrangements, and how to contact the dealer for service after purchase.

Amazon’s and Ford’s launch materials describe the purchase path and program terms, but they do not establish current inventory, a particular car’s price or condition, or a shopper’s financing eligibility. Those details must be checked with the live listing and participating dealer.

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on Amazon at the time of purchase will apply.
