These dates are from NBEMS’s 28 October 2024 application notice. The notice specified that the form could only be submitted online. Its application period is historical; there is no current application link for the December 2024 session.

NBEMS’s FMGE Examinations page is the appropriate place to check for a live session’s bulletin, application link, guidance, notices and results. It lists sessions later than December 2024. Check the session-specific notice and bulletin for dates and requirements rather than relying on an old application deadline.
What FMGE is
NBEMS describes the Foreign Medical Graduate Examination as a screening test for eligible Indian citizens or Overseas Citizens of India with a primary medical qualification awarded outside India who seek provisional or permanent registration with the Medical Council of India or a State Medical Council. Eligibility and application requirements should be verified in the bulletin for the relevant session.

For applicants who submitted a December 2024 form
The December 2024 bulletin said NBEMS would not change information entered by a candidate after the edit window closed. It also described an edit window and a process for correcting certain image or document deficiencies when NBEMS notified the applicant. For questions about eligibility, documents or images, NBEMS directed candidates to its Communication Web Portal; application submission, failed-transaction refunds and payment gateway issues were handled through Candidate Care Support. Those procedures relate to the concluded session, so use the applicable current bulletin and support routes for a later session.
