Flipkart described NEEV as a five-month supply-chain internship with on-the-job training and a chance—not a guarantee—of a full-time offer. A campus notice dated 30 March 2023 advertised a specific internship-cum-placement drive for 2023 graduates, but the available sources do not confirm a 2023 stipend, deadline, selection process or universal eligibility rules. Here is what the company’s program descriptions establish and what that one campus notice said.
What was the Flipkart NEEV SCM internship?
NEEV was a dedicated internship in Flipkart’s supply-chain management ecosystem. In its introductory post, Flipkart described a five-month program that included on-the-job training and an opportunity to receive a full-time offer. The company said its first-year group comprised 75 interns from 11 campuses who would join in 2021. Flipkart’s introductory post

In a later cohort announcement, Flipkart welcomed 134 NEEV supply-chain interns from 30 campuses and again described the program as five months of on-the-job training with an opportunity for a full-time offer. That announcement does not provide a complete specification for recruitment in 2023. Flipkart’s cohort post

Was there a stipend, deadline or confirmed selection process?
The cited program descriptions and campus notice do not establish the exact 2023 stipend, application deadline, internship start and end dates, or selection rounds. The campus notice also does not establish eligibility beyond the particulars it advertised. Candidates should not treat unverified amounts, dates or recruitment steps as confirmed terms of the 2023 NEEV drive.

No. Flipkart described an “opportunity to get a full time offer”; that wording indicates a possibility, not an assured placement for every intern. The available sources do not give an offer-conversion rate or confirm that all participants received offers.
How to check for a current Flipkart SCM opening
The 2023 campus notice is historical. Anyone looking for a present-day opportunity should review Flipkart’s live careers and early-careers pages and rely on the specific vacancy’s eligibility and application instructions. Flipkart’s general hiring page describes submitting an application, assessment and possible technical screening, and says applicants can follow their application through a profile or dashboard; those are general current instructions, not verified steps for the 2023 NEEV drive.

NEEV is not the same as SCOA
Flipkart’s Supply Chain Operations Academy (SCOA) is a separate skilling initiative. A 2022 company announcement describes SCOA as 15 days of digital classroom training followed by 45 days of apprenticeship. Those terms belong to SCOA and should not be used as NEEV’s duration or structure. Flipkart’s SCOA announcement
