The event’s format was designed to connect banks, fintech companies, investors and service providers; the agenda shows what participants could discuss, not whether any featured technology later succeeded in the market.
When was Fintech Meetup 2025?
The official agenda search result lists programming for March 10–13, 2025. The former agenda URL now redirects to the organizer’s 2027 agenda, so the 2025 dates and program details below reflect the captured official 2025 agenda result, not the content of the page currently at that address. The reviewed sources do not establish the 2025 venue.
What was on the 2025 agenda?
The schedule combined stage programming with pre-scheduled meetings and expo time. Its subjects reflected a range of business and policy concerns across financial services:
- AI: The “Fintech Meetup 2025 AI Spotlight” highlighted firms focused on banking, payments and financial services, with agenda descriptions covering workflow automation, customer experience, risk management and fraud detection. Those descriptions establish the event’s focus, not independent proof of product performance.
- Embedded finance: A panel addressed the integration of financial services into other products and customer experiences.
- Payments: The program included an Innovate 360 session sponsored by J.P. Morgan Payments.
- Startups and investment: A startup pitch competition was listed in partnership with Commerce Ventures.
- Regulation: A session covered the fintech regulatory landscape.
The agenda also listed registration and keynote sessions. It does not, by itself, document the conclusions reached in sessions or the commercial results of participating companies.

How did the meetings and expo fit together?
Fintech Meetup paired scheduled conversations with opportunities to explore the expo and attend sessions. The organizer currently describes its Meetings Program as double opt-in, one-to-one meetings: both participants opt in to a proposed connection. That description helps explain the event model, but it is current organizer wording rather than a verified account of every 2025 meeting.
The combination could suit attendees who wanted both targeted introductions and broader discovery. The trade-off is practical: scheduled meetings require time and attention, while expo browsing and sessions offer a less tightly structured way to find relevant people or ideas. The available sources do not compare outcomes between these formats.

Who might have found the event useful?
The agenda’s mix was relevant to people building, buying, funding or supporting financial technology. Whether the format suited a particular attendee depended on their role and goals:
- Bank and financial-institution teams could look for fintech partners or explore topics such as AI, payments and embedded finance.
- Fintech founders and providers could use meetings and the expo to introduce solutions, while the pitch competition offered a startup-focused stage opportunity.
- Investors could encounter startups and other industry participants through meetings, pitching and event programming.
- Service providers could meet prospective clients and partners, provided their specialty aligned with attendees’ needs.
Before committing to a similar event, a prospective attendee can weigh four factors: whether the agenda matches their specialty, whether they are primarily a buyer or seller, how much time they can reserve for scheduled meetings, and whether they value structured introductions more than open discovery.

The organizer’s current homepage, accessed October 8, 2026, reports 50,000+ meetings, 1,000+ CEOs and founders, 700+ financial institutions and 92% meeting satisfaction. The page does not clearly tie these figures to Fintech Meetup 2025, so they should not be read as 2025 attendance, meeting totals or satisfaction results. No edition-specific statistic for 2025 was established in the reviewed material.

The historical agenda supports a clear account of the event’s dates, format and listed themes. It does not establish the 2025 venue, attendance, meeting outcomes, attendee satisfaction or whether the technologies discussed produced market success. The current organizer overview describes Fintech Meetup as a platform for meetings, content and business connections and says the 2027 event is returning to the Venetian in Las Vegas; that current/future information should not be applied to the 2025 edition.
