Tesco publishes an official F&F Clothing size guide. Check the live guide and the specific product listing for measurements that match the wearer and garment: the currently indexed page confirms the guide exists but does not show its chart values. Tesco’s page, shown as updated 11 November 2025, says, “Use our handy size guide to find your perfect fit.”
What the F&F size guide covers
F&F is Tesco’s own clothing brand. Tesco lists clothing for women, men, boys, girls and babies, sold online and in Tesco stores. The official F&F range page describes the range.
The official size-guide page is titled “F&F Clothing size guide.” It is shown as published 7 May 2025 and updated 11 November 2025. Because its indexed content does not expose the current measurement tables, use the live page rather than relying on figures copied from an older chart.
How to use the guide for an item
- Open Tesco’s official F&F size guide. Look for the section that matches the wearer: adult, child or baby.
- Match the garment category. Use the chart or fit details relevant to the item you plan to buy; do not assume a measurement or size applies equally to every type of clothing.
- Compare the measurements the chart actually provides. Depending on the garment and audience, relevant dimensions may include body measurements or length. Check the product listing for item-specific information as well.
- Choose using the listed measurements, not just a familiar size label. A nominal size does not guarantee the same fit across brands or garment styles.
What older F&F uniform charts can—and cannot—tell you
Older official F&F school-uniform charts organize children’s sizes by age range and include measurements. The historical girls’ uniform chart includes height, chest and waist; the historical boys’ uniform chart includes those measurements plus collar. They are references for school uniforms, not current general F&F sizing.

For example, the historical girls’ chart lists age 3–4 at height 104 cm, chest 56 cm and waist 54.5 cm; for age 15–16 it lists height 166 cm, chest 91 cm and waist 75 cm. The historical boys’ chart lists age 3–4 at height 104 cm, chest 56 cm and waist 54.5 cm; for age 15–16 it lists height 176 cm, chest 91.5 cm, waist 80 cm and collar 38 cm. These are chart entries from the linked uniform PDFs, not current measurements for all F&F clothing.
Measuring: use guidance that matches the brand
Tesco’s currently indexed F&F guide does not show its measurement instructions. For context only, Tu Clothing’s separate women’s jeans fit guide says to measure around the natural waist with the tape taut and around the fullest part of the hip, usually 20 cm down from the waist. Those instructions are Tu’s, not verified F&F guidance.

Tu’s kidswear guidance also discusses measuring a child’s height, chest and waist, and recommends sizing up when between sizes for better fit and longer wear. That is Tu advice and should not be treated as Tesco’s recommendation. Follow the instructions in the F&F chart or product listing when available.

If you cannot find a measurement for the item
- Check the live Tesco guide and the product’s own listing for the relevant category and fit details.
- Do not substitute an old school-uniform chart for a current adult, baby or general clothing chart.
- If the live guide and listing do not provide the measurement you need, the available information does not establish an exact F&F size conversion for that item.
