FARFETCH promo codes are conditional, not guaranteed sitewide discounts. Check the promotion terms for your country and confirm that your customer status, order method and specific item qualify before relying on an offer. As listed on a regional FARFETCH terms page, code NC10FF offers eligible new customers 10% off a first app order through October 25, 2026, subject to restrictions; it may not be available in your market. Check the regional offer terms and your checkout before placing an order.
How to find a FARFETCH promo code that applies to your order
- Open FARFETCH’s Customer Service FAQ and follow its link to the Promotion Terms & Conditions page for your market.
- Check the offer’s start and end dates, eligible country, customer requirements, order method, qualifying items, minimums, discount cap and rules for combining offers.
- At checkout, follow the offer instructions. FARFETCH says a promotion may apply automatically or require you to enter the code manually.
- Review the final order total and discount before paying. If the discount is absent, check the item and offer conditions rather than assuming the code works across the whole site.
Access members can also look for promotional rewards in their account dashboard. FARFETCH may run promotion tests that show different users different offers or free-shipping options; seeing or not seeing one does not establish whether you will qualify for future promotions.

The offers below illustrate why market and eligibility checks matter. They are not interchangeable or universally available; use the linked terms and checkout to verify availability for your location.

Why a code may not work on an item
FARFETCH says promotions can be limited by country, time, customer status, brand, item or other offer conditions. The FAQ does not provide one universal list of excluded brands or products because exclusions vary by promotion. A brand or partner boutique may not participate, and eligibility can differ by item or size. Items shown on the promotions page or marked for promotion may qualify, but the basket is the place to confirm.

- Item or size excluded: Check the specific product and selected size rather than assuming every option qualifies.
- Threshold not met: Some offers require a minimum value for an individual item; others specify a basket minimum. Follow the exact terms, since a required minimum may need to be met in one transaction.
- Wrong customer or order type: An offer for new customers or app orders will not necessarily apply to an existing customer or a web order.
- Offer dates or location do not match: A code listed for another market, or outside its stated window, may not apply.
- Another offer is already in use: Whether promotions can be combined depends on the specific offer. The NC10FF terms, for example, prohibit combining it with another FARFETCH discount or promo code.
What to do if the discount is missing
- Reopen the exact offer terms and compare them with your country, item, size, customer status and order method.
- Check whether the offer is automatic or needs manual entry at checkout, then enter the code exactly as shown if required.
- Review thresholds and stacking rules, and remove or change an item only if you want to test its eligibility; do not assume a different size or boutique will have the same terms.
- If the code has expired, look for a current offer instead. FARFETCH says expired promotional discounts cannot be reactivated.
Promo codes are non-transferable and have no cash alternative. FARFETCH also reserves the right to amend or withdraw promotions, so the terms and checkout at the time you order are more reliable than an old code listing.
