ERPCA is cloud-based practice-management software for chartered accountants, company secretaries, tax consultants and related professional firms. Its vendor advertises tools for client records, task allocation, compliance follow-up, billing and client communication. Pricing is not presented consistently across ERPCA’s two official pages: one lists ₹200 per user per month in India for 5–100 users, while another describes token packages from ₹5,000 and an annual subscription at ₹200 per user per month. What ERPCA does
ERPCA describes itself as an online and mobile office-practice management service for CA, CS, tax consultant and allied professional firms. The vendor’s official homepage says it is designed to help firms manage their practice and client service; that is a product-positioning statement, not independent evidence of business results. See ERPCA’s official site.
The advertised purpose is to bring recurring work and client-service activity into one system. Rather than treating the product as accounting software alone, assess whether its workflows fit the way your firm assigns, reviews and closes client work.
ERPCA features
ERPCA’s product and pricing pages describe the following capabilities. These are vendor-advertised features, not independently tested results; confirm that each is included and works as needed in the plan and region you are considering.
#1 Best Overall
- Client and task management: organize client records and assign or track work.
- Checklists and workflows: configure checklists and workflows for recurring jobs.
- Compliance reminders: follow up on deadlines and due dates.
- Client portal and mobile apps: communicate or exchange information with clients through the portal and Android or iOS apps.
- Team controls and reporting: manage users, monitor team activity and access reports or analytics.
- Billing and communications: support billing-related work and bulk email; the pricing page also lists SMTP configuration.
- Integrations: the pricing page names Dropbox, OneDrive and Google Drive, Razorpay and PayPal, and an ERPCA Tally plugin.
Check the exact integration behavior rather than relying on a logo or feature name: for example, ask what data moves between systems, whether setup is included and whether the integration is available on your proposed plan.
ERPCA pricing: the official pages do not match
ERPCA’s official pricing page, shown as published or updated December 7, 2024 and accessed in 2026, lists India pricing of ₹200 per user per month for firms with 5–100 users, and international pricing of USD 5 per user per month. The page describes mobile apps and a broad set of features with its plans. See the official pricing page.
Rank #2
A separate official subscription page presents a different framing: “Pay as You Grow” token packages starting at ₹5,000, plus a fixed annual subscription at ₹200 per user per month billed annually. It also states ₹2,400 per year for one user. That page does not resolve the other page’s stated five-user minimum for India. See ERPCA’s subscription page.

|---|---|---|
| ERPCA pricing page, published/updated December 7, 2024; accessed 2026 | India: ₹200 per user per month for 5–100 users. International: USD 5 per user per month. | Current applicability, billing commitment, taxes, included support and any regional or plan conditions. |

Do not assume these pages describe interchangeable plans or use one to fill gaps in the other. Ask ERPCA to confirm in writing the country, user minimum, billing interval, tax treatment, token rules, included features and support, and the amount due on the first invoice. Pricing can change, and the official pages do not establish which terms will apply to a particular buyer.

What reviews say—and how much weight to give them
G2 displays a 3.8/5 rating from two reviews in the listing snapshot accessed in 2026. Visible feedback includes praise for creating clients and tasks and allocating work through completion. Another reviewer found controls around compliance, risk and assets useful but said the documentation was difficult to understand. A review dated 2019 mentioned a need for high-speed internet and a mobile app that was less user-friendly. These are individual accounts, not a representative survey or proof of current behavior. See G2’s ERPCA listing.
Techjockey displays two reviews and describes ERPCA as cloud-based practice-management software for client data, documentation, tasks, billing, invoicing and communications. SoftwareAdvice describes features including client management, due-date tracking, project management and time tracking, but its page shows no user reviews. Marketplace descriptions are not a substitute for customer evidence or a hands-on evaluation; review counts and listing details can change. See Techjockey’s ERPCA listing and SoftwareAdvice’s ERPCA listing.

Does ERPCA offer a free demo?
ERPCA’s official site invites prospective customers to register for a free demo, and its pricing material includes a trial path. The available official information does not establish the trial’s duration, eligibility, included features or onboarding conditions. Confirm those terms directly before relying on a trial to evaluate the product.
Make the demo practical: ask the representative to show one of your real client workflows from assignment through completion, including review or approval, reminders, client document exchange and billing or time capture. Test the integrations your firm depends on, and ask whether the demonstrated app features and integrations are included in the intended plan and region.
How to decide whether ERPCA fits your firm
Compare ERPCA with alternatives against your actual operating needs and total cost, not a feature checklist alone. Before making a decision, verify:
- The total price for your firm’s actual user count, including any minimum, annual commitment and applicable taxes.
- Whether checklists and workflows can reflect your services, review stages and compliance calendar.
- How clients exchange documents and updates with the firm.
- Whether required accounting, document-storage and payment integrations are available and suitable.
- How usable the mobile apps are for the people who will rely on them.
- What onboarding, migration and ongoing support cost and include.
- Whether the system captures billing or time information in the way your firm needs.
The two-review G2 snapshot is too small to establish broad customer satisfaction. Use the demo and a written quote to test the questions most relevant to your firm, rather than treating a listing score or vendor feature description as a guarantee.
