Do not treat Enterprise2u as a verified or safe-to-fund investment provider. Securities regulators in Québec, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and New Brunswick report that the online entity they identify as Enterprise2u is not registered for securities activity in their jurisdictions. Saskatchewan also warns of fake social-media videos claiming Kevin O’Leary endorses the platform. These are regulatory warnings and registration findings—not a court judgment that the entity committed fraud.

What Canadian regulators say about Enterprise2u

The warnings apply to the online investment entity identified by the regulators, not automatically to every business with a similar name. The agencies list somewhat different names and web addresses; those records do not establish a verified corporate ownership structure.

Regulator Warning date and finding Names or domains listed Scope
Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF), Québec Published November 21, 2025; updated February 5, 2026. The AMF says Enterprise2u is not registered with it and is not authorized to solicit Québec investors. enterprise2u.net, enterprise2u.com; alternate business name AI PTY LTD. Québec investors. The CSA alert listing describes Australia as the purported base of operation. See the AMF warning.
British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) Investment Caution List entry published October 27, 2025. The BCSC says Enterprise2U is not registered with it and advises extreme caution before handing over money. enterprise2u.com, enterprise2u.info, enterprise-2u.com; Enterprise AI Pty Ltd. British Columbia. See the BCSC caution list.
Financial and Consumer Affairs Authority of Saskatchewan (FCAA) Alert dated March 2, 2026. It says the entity is not registered to trade or sell securities or derivatives in Saskatchewan. The provincial release says the alert applies only to the online entity using enterprise2u.net. The alert concerns claims to offer Saskatchewan residents trading or investment opportunities, including stock trading. It also warns of fake social-media videos claiming Kevin O’Leary endorses the platform. See the FCAA alert and Government of Saskatchewan release.
Financial and Consumer Services Commission (FCNB), New Brunswick The FCNB says Enterprise2u is not registered to deal or advise in securities or derivatives in New Brunswick. NSW, Australia is recorded as the claimed location. New Brunswick. The FCNB advises avoiding unregistered firms because investor protections are not assured. See the FCNB warning.

What the warnings mean—and what they do not prove

Registration is a basic check before investing in securities: the named regulators say the entity is not registered for the relevant activity in their jurisdictions. That is a material reason not to send it money. The FCNB specifically cautions that investor protections are not assured when dealing with unregistered firms.

A regulator warning is not itself a criminal conviction or a court finding of fraud. The official material cited here establishes warnings and registration findings; it does not establish a final court or law-enforcement finding about this specific online entity. Nor does a registration result in one province determine whether a provider is trustworthy everywhere.

The agencies’ different associated names—AI PTY LTD and Enterprise AI Pty Ltd.—and varying domain lists should be read as attributed regulator records, not proof that the named companies have a particular ownership relationship. A government registry search also may not settle the question: the Canadian government business registry portal notes that some business information may be missing or out of date, and the search result cited here did not return an Enterprise2u-specific corporate record.

How to check an investment provider before transferring money

  1. Search the firm and individual in the CSA National Registration Search. Saskatchewan’s government and FCAA recommend checking registration before considering securities activity. Start at the CSA National Registration Search.
  2. Match the exact identity. Check the website domain, legal or business name, and the person contacting you against regulator records. Similar names are not enough to establish that you have found the same firm.
  3. Understand the investment. Do not transfer funds until you can explain what you are being asked to invest in and have independently verified the provider. Seek a second opinion if anything is unclear.
  4. Do not rely on a celebrity endorsement. Saskatchewan’s warning concerns fake videos claiming Kevin O’Leary endorses Enterprise2u. An endorsement clip or article is not a substitute for checking registration. FCAA Securities Division Executive Director Dean Murrison said: “Do not make investment decisions based on a notable figure endorsement,” and warned that “Scammers can create fraudulent news articles that imitate real media sources.”
  5. Do not grant remote access to your device to an unknown or unverified person claiming to help with an investment.

If you already sent money to Enterprise2u

If you invested with Enterprise2u or someone claiming to act on its behalf, the FCAA says to contact its Securities Division at 306-787-5936. Keep records of messages, transaction details and the website or account involved so you can clearly describe what happened when you contact the regulator.

Regulator entries and registration status can change. Check the relevant regulator’s current warning and registration records before making any decision.
