What can you buy with an Eneba Gift Card?
The card is a top-up for an Eneba Wallet or account balance. After redemption, the balance can be used toward eligible purchases on the Eneba platform. Eneba’s terms say the balance has no value outside the platform and is not a bank account. It is not cash, a universal payment card, or a balance that can be moved to another account.

What the recipient can actually buy depends on which products are available to their account and region. Eneba warns that digital-product availability and country exceptions can vary; a listing marked GLOBAL can still have exceptions. Review the exact product listing and its restrictions before buying or spending the balance. Eneba’s regional-restrictions guidance covers digital products broadly, so it should not be read as a guarantee that every gift card has identical regional rules.
How to redeem an Eneba Gift Card
The gift card code must first be added to the recipient’s Eneba account balance. Eneba’s storefront describes this redemption path:

- Amazon.com Gift Cards never expire and carry no fees.
- Multiple gift card designs and denominations to choose from.
- Redeemable towards millions of items store-wide at Amazon.com or certain affiliated websites.
- Available for immediate delivery. Gift cards sent by email can be scheduled up to a year in advance.
- No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards.
- Sign in to the Eneba account.
- Open the account menu and choose Balance.
- Select Redeem gift card.
- Enter the code and apply it.
Once redeemed, the balance is attached to that account and cannot be transferred to another one. Eneba says it may require additional identity, card, or account verification before redemption or use. How long is an Eneba Gift Card valid?
Eneba’s Gift Card Terms and Conditions, version 1.2 amended September 1, 2022, state that an unredeemed card expires 12 months after purchase. That deadline applies to the card before redemption.

After funds are added to the account, the same terms say unused balance may become subject to an administrative fee if it remains unused for 36 months. Eneba says it will notify the user by email before applying the fee; the applicable amount is the one in effect at that time. Check the terms for the current conditions.
Denominations and redemption limits
Eneba’s storefront lists gift-card denominations from €5 to €100 and advertises redemption caps of €100 per day and €400 per month. These are storefront details, not a guarantee that the same options or limits will always apply. Eneba’s terms reserve the right to impose limits, so verify the live listing and current terms before purchase or redemption.

What to check before buying one as a gift
- Currency and face value: Confirm the denomination and currency on the listing. Do not assume the recipient can use a card sold in a different currency or that exchange or checkout costs will be absent.
- Recipient’s account: The recipient needs an Eneba account to redeem the code and use the resulting balance. Make sure they are willing and able to use the platform.
- Region and intended purchase: Check the recipient’s account country or region and the restrictions on the specific product they plan to buy. Regional availability can differ across digital listings.
- Current listing and terms: Denominations, limits, and product notices can change. Read the live listing and applicable terms at checkout.
- Seller legitimacy: Eneba’s terms caution against buying gift cards from unauthorized third parties. Use a source Eneba authorizes, and keep the purchase confirmation and code secure.
Restrictions to understand
Eneba’s terms prohibit cash redemption and resale. After redemption, the balance stays with the account that received it; it cannot be transferred to another Eneba account. The balance is for eligible platform purchases only, not withdrawals or spending elsewhere. Read the official terms before purchase, particularly if the intended recipient is outside the currency or region shown on the listing.
