Has Emcure filed an appeal?
Not according to the 2 October 2026 disclosure. The company said it was “in the process of evaluating appropriate legal remedies, including filing an appeal before the Appellate Authority.” That describes an appeal as an option under consideration, not as an action already taken.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of SEBI’s Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015.
