Eclipse Earn Review: What We Could Verify About the Crypto Trading Site

Eclipse Earn markets crypto trading tools, but available evidence does not identify its operator or broker or verify its fees, performance, or withdrawals.

Eclipse Earn markets cryptocurrency trading tools, but the available evidence does not establish who operates the site, which broker may receive registrants, or whether trading, payments, and withdrawals work as advertised. Its own disclosures say that names and videos are for marketing purposes and that contact details may be shared with third-party trading providers. That is not enough to call Eclipse Earn a scam—or to call it safe, regulated, or proven. Treat its claims cautiously and verify the exact firm before sharing personal information or money.

What is Eclipse Earn?

The current Eclipse Earn website presents itself as a UK-focused cryptocurrency trading platform. It advertises customizable charts, market reports, analytical tools, alerts, educational materials, portfolio tools, support, and a community. It also claims mobile and desktop compatibility, free registration, “No fees,” multiple payment methods, and availability in many regions subject to restrictions.

These are marketing statements, not independently verified service features. The reviewed pages do not establish which markets are available, whether the advertised tools and support function as described, or what fees a customer might actually face. The site says users may trade independently, use software, or work through a broker, but it does not name the broker or explain who would hold funds or execute trades.

Is Eclipse Earn legit?

The evidence reviewed is not sufficient to establish that Eclipse Earn is legitimate or illegitimate. In particular, it does not identify the legal operator of the current site or a named trading provider, so there is no exact firm to check against the regulator’s record. The website’s footer says: “The names and videos on this website are for marketing purposes only and do not represent real companies or services.” It also says video participants are actors. Testimonials shown on the site therefore should not be treated as verified customer accounts.

An older Eclipse Earn about page describes the brand as an investment education service launched in 2025 and says its commercial names do not refer to a specific company or provider. The difference between that educational description and the current site’s trading-platform marketing is worth noting, but does not by itself establish whether the pages concern identical service arrangements.

An Apple App Store search result for “Eclipse Earn App” names WAQAS TEXTILE MILLS PVT. LIMITED as seller/developer and says there are insufficient ratings to display an overview. The result does not establish that the developer operates eclipseearn.net or that the app is the same service advertised on that site; Apple also says privacy information is provided by the developer and is not verified by Apple. The direct listing could not be reviewed, so its details should be checked afresh. View the App Store listing.

Who runs Eclipse Earn, and what happens to your details?

The current marketing pages reviewed do not name a legal operator or the third-party trading providers that may receive registrants. Eclipse Earn says contact information may be shared with third-party trading service providers, but the linked terms and privacy pages could not be reviewed. As a result, the available information does not establish who would receive registration details, hold customer funds, or handle trades.

Before registering, ask for the full legal name of the firm that will receive your details and, if you intend to trade, the firm responsible for the account and transactions. Do not assume the website’s brand name is the entity behind those services.

Is Eclipse Earn regulated in the UK?

This review cannot determine whether Eclipse Earn or a provider it routes customers to is authorized, registered, or unauthorized: the relevant legal entities are not identified in the reviewed material. UK-focused branding, a polished website, or an app-store listing does not establish regulatory status.

The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) says its Financial Services Register records firms and people that are or have been authorized or registered, and that nearly all UK financial-services activities require authorization or registration. Its guidance says to check a firm and its permissions for the specific service before using it. Use the FCA’s steps for checking whether a firm or individual is authorised:

  1. Ask for the exact legal name of the firm that will provide the service; do not rely on the Eclipse Earn brand alone.
  2. Search that name on the FCA Register or Firm Checker and check that its permissions cover the service offered.
  3. Compare the firm’s website and contact details with the regulator’s record. If the details do not match, or the firm cannot be identified, do not send money or personal information.

The FCA says using a firm without required permissions should be avoided. Depending on the service and circumstances, customers of unauthorized firms may not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service or FSCS protection.

What are the risks of Eclipse Earn and crypto trading?

The FCA says that, for UK-facing cryptoasset promotions, since 8 October 2023 a promotion must use one of the lawful routes: communication by an authorized person; approval by an authorized person; communication by a crypto firm registered under the Money Laundering Regulations; or an applicable exemption. Promotions must be clear, fair, and not misleading, include prominent risk warnings, and must not inappropriately incentivize investment. This is the regulatory framework, not a determination about whether this particular site complies. The FCA’s guidance is titled “FCA warns about common issues with crypto marketing”.

The FCA states that cryptoassets remain high-risk and largely unregulated, and that consumers should be prepared to lose all their money. A risk warning on a website does not verify the operator or establish that a service is suitable. Eclipse Earn’s current site says, “No guaranteed profits. Know the risks and trade responsibly.” That warning is not evidence of trading results or customer protections.

Does Eclipse Earn really pay, and can you withdraw?

There is no independently verified performance, fee, or withdrawal record for Eclipse Earn in the available evidence. No account was opened and no trade or withdrawal was tested, so it is not possible to confirm whether the advertised payment routes work, whether withdrawals are processed, or what conditions may apply. Do not rely on a marketing claim or testimonial as proof that customers can withdraw funds.

What does Eclipse Earn’s 70% claim mean?

The older about page says, “Around 70 percent of the investors will lose money.” It provides no supporting study, source, sample, product category, geography, or methodology. This is an unsupported statement made on the site, not an independently established loss rate for Eclipse Earn or crypto trading generally. No independently verified customer-outcome figure for Eclipse Earn was found.
