What was reported about eligibility
The Indian Express’s December 2024 explainer summarized degree, experience and skill requirements. These are secondary descriptions: applicants would have needed to check the official vacancy-wise criteria for exact wording, recognized experience, cut-off dates and exceptions.

Selection stages, fees and what cannot be confirmed here
The Indian Express described a preliminary examination, a main examination and an interview or personality test, with syllabi that differ by post. It also reported two-hour durations for each exam and said preliminary topics included general knowledge, reasoning, mathematical ability and administration of higher educational institutions. The original selection scheme is the necessary reference for confirming stage names, durations, papers, marks and syllabus.

The same outlet reported application fees of ₹1,000 for General/Unreserved candidates, ₹800 for female, OBC and EWS candidates, and ₹600 for SC, ST and PwD candidates. These are outlet-reported amounts, not a definitive fee instruction: the original notice should be checked for category mapping and exemptions. Scroll’s deadline-day account described the historic route through the University’s “Work with DU” area and the Advertisement No. R&P/311/2024 listing, then the application link, registration and form submission. It advised applicants to retain a printout. This is a description of the 2024 process, not an active application route; the deadline has passed.
