DSSSB recruitment 2024 apply online: dates and fee
The application period ran from 20 March 2024 at noon through 18 April 2024 at 11:00 PM. Applications had to be submitted online through DSSSB’s OARS portal; the notice said applications submitted by any other mode would be rejected. The window has closed, so candidates cannot apply now under this advertisement.

The fee was ₹100, payable through SBI e-pay, and was non-refundable. The notice listed women, SC, ST, PwBD and Ex-Serviceman applicants as exempt, subject to the conditions in the advertisement.
DSSSB Chowkidar 2024 vacancy and eligibility
Chowkidar (post code 76/24) had 13 advertised vacancies. The notice listed matriculation or equivalent as the essential educational qualification, an age range of 18–27 years subject to applicable relaxation, and pay of ₹21,700–69,100 at Level 3. The age, education and experience criteria were assessed as of 18 April 2024. Data Entry Operator Grade-A eligibility
Data Entry Operator Grade-A (post code 74/24) had two vacancies. Its listed qualifications included 12th standard, a diploma or certificate in IT or computers, knowledge of data entry and computer operation, and at least one year of data-entry experience. The notice stated a preference for graduates and candidates holding an O Level certificate. These are the notice’s criteria for this post, not a general eligibility standard for all 40 vacancies.

No. The application deadline for this advertisement passed on 18 April 2024. Later activity should not be confused with a reopening of this application window: the DSSSB homepage search result includes amended interview-schedule notices dated 23 July 2026 for Chowkidar and Peon/Orderly/Dak Peon, but those notices alone do not establish the current stage of every post in Advertisement 07/2024.
