DraftKings calls its loyalty program DraftKings Rewards, though many people search for it as DraftKings VIP. Members start at Bronze and move up by earning Tier Credits through eligible activity. Silver begins at 5,000 credits, Gold at 25,000 and Diamond at 90,000; Onyx is invitation-only, with 175,000 credits listed as a minimum for consideration—not an automatic upgrade. Tier Credits have no cash value, and benefits and qualifying activity depend on current terms and location.
What DraftKings Rewards is—and what “DraftKings VIP” means
DraftKings’ support materials use the name DraftKings Rewards. The program combines eligible activity across participating DraftKings products, Golden Nugget Online Casino and Jackpocket Lottery Courier; DraftKings also lists DraftKings Racing as a Tier Credit earning category. Members begin at Bronze, and participation, eligible products and offers vary by location.

DraftKings describes Tier Credits as non-redeemable, non-transferable and without cash value. They determine tier status; they are not a balance of money to withdraw or exchange for rewards. As DraftKings puts it: “Tier Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for Crown Cash, Site Credits, merchandise, or cash.” DraftKings Service Portal: What are Tier Credits?
How many Tier Credits each tier requires

DraftKings says a member who reaches a tier threshold upgrades immediately. The attained status lasts for the rest of the current program year and all of the next program year. Thresholds and listed benefits are described in the DraftKings Rewards overview.

How Tier Credits are earned
Credits accrue only on activity DraftKings deems eligible. The published schedule varies by product and activity, and some rates depend on sportsbook odds or the casino game. For example, DraftKings lists one Tier Credit per $5 in eligible DFS entry fees; sportsbook and casino earning rates vary. This example is not a promise that every entry, wager, game or transaction earns credits. Exclusions, location and product restrictions, and rate changes apply. DraftKings Rewards is a promotional loyalty program, not a reason to spend or wager more. A higher tier does not make Tier Credits cash-equivalent, and rewards may be conditional, limited or change over time. Consider only activity you would otherwise choose and can afford; do not treat the possibility of a tier or bonus as a financial return.

Bronze also earns Tier Credits. Higher-tier multipliers describe the listed promotional earning rates; they do not convert Tier Credits into money. Crown Cash itself is promotional and does not represent real-world monetary value. DraftKings says rates can change, so use the Rewards Center and the rules for the specific offer to confirm current value, eligibility and redemption terms. Milestone rewards
Milestone Rewards unlock as members earn Tier Credits. An eligible reward may appear in a promotional carousel or the Rewards Center; after a member claims it, the eligible milestone reward is awarded as Crown Cash. Availability and amounts are not necessarily the same for every member, and the reward is not automatic simply because a credit milestone has been reached.
Weekly Bonus Back
DraftKings Network’s July 24, 2026 transition explainer says Weekly Bonus Back replaced Casino Weekly Rewards during the program transition. It describes the promotion as limited to eligible Silver-or-higher members who meet activity terms, with the weekly reward depending on tier and qualifying casino losses. When Tier Credits reset—and how cross-year seasons count
DraftKings’ stated annual period runs from January 3 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific through January 2 at 11:59 p.m. Pacific. Tier Credit balances reset on January 3. Check progress in the Rewards Center. The reset is the annual credit cycle; it does not undo status already reached, which DraftKings says continues for the rest of that program year and the entire following program year.
For sports seasons that cross the calendar-year boundary, DraftKings allocates activity by that same program-year cutoff: activity through January 2 counts toward the current year, while activity from January 3 onward counts toward the next year. How to check your own progress and offer terms
- Open the DraftKings app or website and go to the Rewards Center.
- Review your tier, Tier Credit progress and any available milestone or promotional offers.
- Open the rules for a specific offer before relying on it. Confirm qualifying activity, location and product restrictions, claim requirements, caps and expiration or claim windows.
- For an activity’s Tier Credit rate, consult DraftKings’ current Tier Credit schedule; rates and exclusions can change.
A threshold indicates status eligibility under the program rules. It does not guarantee a particular individualized promotion, bonus amount or benefit availability.
