Historical Ticketmaster listings are not proof that tickets remain available. If you already purchased a ticket, check order-specific messages from the seller where you bought it; the final refund procedure for individual orders is not established in the available announcements.
Was “Dolly: Live in Las Vegas” canceled?
Yes. The Associated Press reported on May 4, 2026, that Parton canceled the previously postponed residency. Parton said health challenges had kept her from reaching the level of performance she wanted. The report does not establish a diagnosis or prognosis, so no further medical conclusion should be inferred. Associated Press, May 4, 2026
The cancellation means search results for “Dolly Parton Las Vegas concert tickets 2026” may lead to old event pages or collector-ticket references rather than a live sale. Ticketmaster’s historical listings do not establish current inventory, and its September 26 event page returned a 404 when accessed. Ticketmaster artist listing · Historical September 26 event page
What happened to the dates?
Parton’s official site announced six performances at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on June 23, 2025. They were first scheduled for December 4–13, 2025, during the National Finals Rodeo. The dates were later moved to September 17, 19, 20, 23, 25, and 26, 2026, with an 8 p.m. start time listed. The engagement was canceled before those replacement dates. - About Scent Beauty: Redefining the perfume industry, making waves to redefine fragrance as scent, and creating sustainably-sourced formulas in collaboration with celebrities, designers, and perfumers
The official page’s Friday listing contains an apparent typo (“September 25, 2025”); the surrounding schedule identifies the intended date as September 25, 2026. The dates above reflect that context, not a performance that took place.
What should existing ticket holders do?
- Check the original seller account and email. Use the account and contact details tied to the order, and look for cancellation or refund instructions specific to that purchase.
- Contact the seller if the instructions are missing or unclear. Include the order number and ask what applies to your exact ticket order.
- Keep the order confirmation and seller correspondence. They can help the seller identify the transaction and explain its handling.
When the dates were postponed, the official announcement said tickets would be valid for the replacement dates and that refunds would be available, with instructions to be emailed to purchasers. That statement came before the later cancellation; it is not confirmation of the final refund process or outcome for any particular order. What were the original ticket and VIP details?
These details describe the historical announcement, not a current offer. The official site directed fans to Ticketmaster and said the initial tickets would go on sale June 25, 2025. It also described possible VIP package features including a personal photo opportunity, an onstage tour, access to Dolly’s Rhinestone Lounge, and a deluxe gift set. The engagement’s cancellation means those details should not be used as evidence of tickets, packages, or benefits available now. Dolly Parton official announcement and updates
Ticketmaster search results also referenced an official 3D collector ticket. That is a historical product reference, not proof of an active event, current merchandise availability, or a ticket listing for sale. Ticketmaster artist listing

What show had been planned?
Parton’s site described the run as her first extended Las Vegas engagement in 32 years and promoted a program drawing on seven decades of music. It named “9 to 5,” “Jolene,” “I Will Always Love You,” and “Coat Of Many Colors” among the songs. These were descriptions of the planned show, not a setlist guarantee; the canceled engagement did not take place. Dolly Parton official announcement and updates
