Publicly available official sources do not disclose Vanessa Lachey’s pay for either NCIS: Hawai’i or Love Is Blind. There is therefore no reliable basis to say which role paid her more—or to assign a salary figure to either job.
What Vanessa Lachey does on each show
Paramount Press Express, CBS Studios’ press site, lists Lachey as the star of NCIS: Hawai’i, playing Special Agent in Charge Jane Tennant. The official page documents the show and its episodes, but does not state her compensation: Paramount Press Express: NCIS: Hawai’i.

Netflix identifies Nick and Vanessa Lachey as the hosts of Love Is Blind. Its official series listing describes the show and credits the hosts, but gives no individual hosting fee or contract terms: Netflix Media Center: Love Is Blind.
Why the available evidence cannot settle the comparison
The sources establish two different kinds of work—a leading scripted-series acting role and an unscripted-series hosting role—but provide no comparable pay data. Without reliable disclosures covering both jobs, any claim that one paid more would be speculation.

Show prominence, audience reach, and general salary estimates for actors or hosts cannot establish what Lachey personally received under either contract. Netflix reported in a December 12, 2023 announcement that all five then-released seasons of Love Is Blind had ranked in its global Top 10; season five spent five consecutive weeks in the English-language TV Top 10 and reached the Top 10 in 49 countries after its premiere. Those are audience-performance figures, not evidence of her pay: Netflix’s December 12, 2023 announcement.

A reliable comparison would need disclosures for both roles that cover comparable periods and compensation measures. For example, a per-episode figure cannot be directly compared with a full-season total without knowing the episode count and what the total includes. A report would also need to make clear whether it concerns Vanessa Lachey individually, includes other duties or bonuses, and relates to the same period of work.
