Disney Lorcana: Azurite Sea is no longer an upcoming release: its November 2024 launch dates have passed, so a preorder guide is now a buying guide for existing stock. The official product page identifies the set’s products and points buyers toward Local Game Stores and the Ravensburger Store, but it does not establish current inventory or prices. Check each retailer’s live listing before buying.
What Azurite Sea is
Azurite Sea is a Disney Lorcana Trading Card Game set. Ravensburger’s official product page describes it as containing “200+ cards” and names characters from Big Hero 6 and Chip ’n Dale: Rescue Rangers. That is a set description, not an independent assessment of the cards or their gameplay value. See the official Azurite Sea product page.
When it was released—and why official dates differ
The preorder period is historical. Two official Ravensburger sources give different mass-retailer dates, and neither explains the discrepancy.
| Official source | Channel and date stated |
|---|---|
| Disney Lorcana consumer announcement, published September 10, 2024 | Hobby stores: November 15, 2024; mass retailers: November 27, 2024. The announcement is in English-GB. |
| Ravensburger AG newsroom release, published September 10, 2024 | Local game stores and select locations at Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, and Disneyland Paris: November 15, 2024; mass-market retailers: November 25, 2024. |
The official product overview also shows November 15 for hobby stores and November 27 for “Everywhere.” Because the sources conflict on mass-market timing, neither date should be treated as a universal launch date for every country or retailer. Confirm local historical dates with the relevant retailer if that distinction matters.
