What do the reports say about the alleged EZFunnels sale?
A September 21, 2023, Khaleej Times KT Network report said a Saudi private-equity firm acquired EZFunnels and related assets, including Memberwunder, for $21.6 million. The available article text did not name the firm.
An October 23, 2023, TechTimes article repeated the $21.6 million figure and named Najd Ventures Equity Group as the buyer. That identifies what the article claimed; it does not by itself confirm the buyer or transaction.
Neither report, in the material available, provides primary transaction documentation. No buyer announcement, agreement, audited filing, or direct confirmation from Said Shiripour was located. The reports therefore support saying that a $21.6 million acquisition was reported in 2023, not presenting the amount or a completed sale as established fact.

Who reportedly bought EZFunnels, and what was included?
The two accounts differ on the buyer’s identity: Khaleej Times KT Network described an unnamed Saudi private-equity firm, while TechTimes named Najd Ventures Equity Group. The reported asset scope is also not independently documented. Khaleej Times KT Network referred to EZFunnels and related assets, including Memberwunder, but the available sources do not establish the exact transaction perimeter.

What was EZFunnels before the reported deal?
In a September 2022 company-distributed release, EZFunnels described itself as a SaaS solution and discussed planned product features. That predates the alleged 2023 transaction and is not evidence that a later sale occurred. The release’s headline called the company a “58 Million Dollar SaaS Solution”; this is promotional wording, not a documented sale valuation or a comparable transaction figure. What is established about Said Shiripour?
A 2022 EZFunnels-distributed release identifies Said Shiripour with the company and names two books, including Das perfekte Online-Business. The source is company-distributed rather than independent confirmation of biographical or commercial claims, and it does not establish his role in any later transaction. It also does not verify current retail availability of the book. The release includes a general entrepreneurship quote attributed to Shiripour, but it is not a statement about an EZFunnels exit and does not substantiate one.
